Welcome to Berlin and OTA-Berlin [Old Town Apartments GmbH] the alternative to hotels and private rentals. At OTA-Berlin, you live as comfortably as at home in our fully furnished apartments in central Berlin. From teaspoons to towels and hair-dryers, you will find everything you need. Besides the fully equipped kitchen, our apartments also offer cable television, radio alarm clocks and free wireless internet connection. If needed, we can also provide further amenities like CD or DVD players, clothing irons and ironing boards, etc. Of course we provide towels and bed linens, as well as coffee and tea for our guests. Please note that the apartments do not have a 24-hour reception. Please call the apartments 30 minutes prior to arrival (the mobile phone number will appear in your confirmation e-mail).

After staying in hotel rooms,

After staying in hotel rooms, these apartments are positively palatial. Travel light unless you enjoy carrying luggage up 4 levels of stairs. Check-in procedure is a little tricky, but once found, the staff are very courteous.

Appartamento ampio, luminoso,

Appartamento ampio, luminoso, pulito, situato in una zona tranquilla (numerosi ristorante e supermercati nelle vicinanze) a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Alexander Platz. Fermata della metro a 60 metri (ottimo collegamento per l'aeroporto di berlino-schönefeldeld). Bagno confortefole e cucina attrezzata. Staff gentile e diponibile.
