Stay close to the center of the action on Unter den Linden Boulevard

Location - Location - Location
Right smack dab in the middle of everything. Walk to Museum Is., Brandenberg Gate and adjacent to the U-bahn station. Romm was fine - no breakfast though and to eat at the hotel was expen$ive!. Wifi worked fine, Room had a stain on the carpet but was certainly acceptible. Staff was helpful but the concierge was often gone. All in all a grewat place to stay.

Absolutely great hotel! Room was crisp clean and spacious. You can have better location: it is on the S station, 5-15 min walk to the major attractions at the downtown. Free internet (there are coupons with the personal code for 24h wi-fi). Any time i visit Berlin from now i'll stay there.

Family getaway
The staff treated us very well. Atmosphere was good. However, I was placed in a smoking room initially (even though I made reservations) and we ran out of wash cloths for consecutive days. How does a major hotel run out of towels?

Restaurants and shopping is within walking distance. Shoppes close around 8, so get the shopping in early.

Great Location, but Noisy
The hotel is an excellent value, within walking distance of many of the biggest Berlin attractions. The one problem I had was that my room faced Friedrichstrasse, and I had to contend with noise from the tram that stops right outside.

Right next to the side entrance to the hotel is a bagel shop. It is a perfect place for breakfast -- excellent coffee and pretty much anything you can imagine on your bagel.

Rooms are clean, although a bit
Rooms are clean, although a bit on the small side. Ideal central location. No bar. Restaurant...I never saw it open. Breakfast, although expensive (at €21!!!) was very good.

Efficient comfort, centrally located
Good value for money! Friendly staff, quit athmosphere. Though this is predominantly a business hotel, it's very suited for tourism / weekends. The breakfast offer however should be more customized and not just the "21€/person", but should rather offer continental, english etc versions.

If you want to have some local food, at fair prices, friendly and fast service, just go across the street to the restaurant "Nolle" which is situated in the arcades below the rail tracks of the station "Friedrichstrasse"

Average hotel, good location
The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance pretty much everywhere and Tegel airport was close too. Railway station across the street with grocery store is always a good thing also, especially as we travelled during Christmas holidays. Service in the reception was friendly and as we were leaving, the hotel had their own taxi driver who took us to the airport. Still, most of the time reception area and consierge desk were empty. Even though the reception area was clean and nicely decorated, the room was different. The biggest complaint would be the cleaning during our stay. After cleaning there was still trashes on the floor and dust on the tables. The internet connection was free but you could get a password only for 24 hours at a time. All in all, the hotel was OK, we spent most of the time outside so it was a good place to sleep and relax.
