Excellent situation and staff were very helpful. Good points were the mini tourist info office in reception, the small gym and the very quiet room, perfect location and also a few meters from banks, supermarket and bakers/cafe. Slight niggles: the coffee etc. in the room appeared to be rationed but I suspect this was the case with many hotels as the local supermarket sold the tiny sachets of coffee and milk you find in hotel rooms. Free Wifi in the rooms would have been nice. The furnishings were a little dark, but probably chosen by a man and the dark laminate flooring is never going to look clean (though it was). Not a room for romance but ok for a business stay or a weekend tourist. Overall I'd stay there again at the right price.

Large rooms with comfortable beds; very quiet with windows closed despite being on a busy street. Breakfast costs 21 euros,but a grocery and coffee shops are nearby. I cannot understand why they could not give us more than one packet of instant coffee daily,despite several requests! The location is perfect for walking to Museum Island,the Tiergarden, and the Potsdamer Platz,or for catching a U-bahn.

This hotel is great, the location is perfect in the middle of everything. you can walk to most attraction if you like to walk. If you prefer to take a bus or Ubahn they are next to the hotel. in the same street you can find a supermarket which it was nice since the breakfast in the hotel is 20 euros, too expensive. And in very corner you can find a coffee place where you can have a ´breakfast for half the price. Didint try all the amenities that is why is average for us. The staff are the best and free WiFi. But to get the free WiFi you will need to ask the recepcionist and she/he will give a acess code for 24 hours, after that you can ask for another acess code. The pillows were a little too soft but not big deal for us.

The hotel is modern and well kept. The staff was extremely helpful. Everyone that works at the desk speaks English. They addressed my questions immediately. The room itself has a modern design. This included the lighting and the bathroom. They have a techique for saving electricity, by having the lights in the room activated when you insert your card key in a slot, which is located inside the room and next to the entrance. When you leave, then you remove the card key and all the lights go out. This way you don't forget to turn out the lights and you don't have to go from light switch to light switch turning each one out. If you ask for double beds, then you may find two beds pushed together. We just pushed them apart and put the end tables between them. The staff had no problem with that.

Location is perfect, around the corner from a U-Bahn station, in walkable distance to the Brandenburg gate and many other sights, and lots of cafes and a grocery store within a few hundred feet. On top of it the room was very quiet despite being on the street side.

l'hôtel est très bien situé géographiquement mais les chambres qui donnent sur l'avenue principale sont extrêmement bruyantes car la circulation y est intense à toute heure, la climatisation n'est pas au top et nous ne pouvons ouvrir la fenêtre en raison du bruit, nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre ce qui a été possible malgré un personnel peu aimable. Sinon la literie est excellente et l'insonorisation intérieure également. La mise à disposition de vélos gratuits pourrait être proposée ou à participation minime.

Room was on the 7th floor and quiet, but too hot, even keeping the window open it was not possible to have a cooler temperature to be able to sleep better. Madrasses were too hard for back and wheels under the bed made it impossible to sit on the bed and watch TV. The room was said to be de luxe room, but it was very small. Although we paid extra for the room, we were first given a room on the second floor which was not the one we had paid for. Breakfast was very good, but maybe a bit too expensive (21 euros/person). As whole the hotel was clean and modern. If the beds would have been better and temperature lower, it would have been a nice hotel to stay in.
