Our room was full of mosquitos.
Our room was full of mosquitos. I called reception, they said they would send someone but didn't. Worse than having mosquitos in your room is that the walls were already covered with squashed mosquitos corpses and dried blood. I guess the problem is permanent. Apart than that, everything was good. Breakfast is really nice. tr

Breakfast is very good. Location is exceptional, near downtown, near sightseeings, and close to the public transportation means. Price is fair, however, I think hotel should provide free room Internet access, which is already standard everywhere.

the location is perfect for exploring
the location is perfect for exploring berlin..it is close to alexanderplatz and near to the tram and train stations..the breakfast is superb - varied and many to choose from their buffet menu..the staff are accomodating and speak english..the tv is a bit small but it doesn't matter because we don't stay that much in the hotel...there is an argentinian restaurant nearby which is a good place to dine in..if we will go back to berlin, we would probably stay in this hotel.. i highly recommend this hotel to everyone..

We had a very large apartment with 2 rooms on 9th floor. Good breakfast and good location. 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, viele Zimmer / Stockwerke bereits neu renoviert. Genügend Steckdosen, die immer funktionieren. Nur kleiner Fernseher. In der Lobby 2 kostenlose Internetterminals verfügbar. War schon 4x da, würde ich nächstes mal wieder buchen. Check-out 11:00 Check-in ab 14:00
