Berlin with comfort and easy access
Wonderful family room! My wife was away at a conference, so traveling with 2 children by myself - Mercure made the trip very easy. Full grocery store connected to hotel building for those special child needs. Less than 2 minutes to U-bahn station. Friendly and helpful staff. Ask about the Brauhaus Rixdorfer for a German beer and meal.

A great hotel in Berlin. It's location is a good alternative to the Estrel Hotel but away from the main city centre. All the services and facilities are what you would expect from Accor and Mercure.

Not a four star hotel
ATTENTION ALLERGY SUFFERERS: I have a cat allergy/slight dog allergy, and the allergies were in full effect. I guess that they allow pets here. The carpet was rock hard and dirty.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für
Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für eine Städtereise nach Berlin. Eine U-Bahnstation ist direkt um die Ecke. In der Gegend Neukölln überwiegend türkische Imbisse und Läden, aber bis zum Alexanderplatz sind es nur 10 Min. mit der U-Bahn. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Preis war in sofern schlecht,
Preis war in sofern schlecht, das die Beschreibung den Anschein erweckte das Frühstück dabei ist. Man hat uns auch erst nach dem 3. Frühstück informiert, daß das Frühstück noch zu bezahlen ist. Deshalb sind wir dann auch zu spät zu unserer Veranstaltung am letzten Tag gekommen weil wir von der Rezeption dann noch 1/2 Stunde aufgehalten wurden.
