5-star Berlin hotel centrally located near the Tiergarten
The InterContinental Berlin provides guests with luxurious international hospitality amidst Berlin's best areas for culture, business and shopping. Just south of the Tiergarten and the Berlin Victory Column, the hotel is located between the high fashion boutiques of the Kurfürstendamm and the dynamic revival of the once-divided Potsdamer Platz. Location
The InterContinental Berlin is located off the southeast corner of the Tiergarten, near the Berlin Victory Column, in an area rich with opportunities for culture and commerce. The high-fashion boutiques and German automotive showrooms along the Kurfürstendamm are a short walk to the west. Historic Potsdamer Platz, once divided by the Berlin Wall but now a hot spot in Berlin's revival, is nearby to the east. Also nearby are the KaDeWe, the Berlin Zoological Garden, the Neue Nationalgalerie and the Berlin Philharmonic.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Zoo is just around the corner. Would recommend taking the day to see it all, Aquarium worth a visit as well
