Conveniently-located Berlin hotel offers one-of-a-kind city views
Watch the sun rise over the historic city of Berlin on the rooftop terrace of the Hotel Otto. The privately-run hotel is situated only minutes away from the busy Kurfürstendamm with its wide array of shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques. Guests are invited to enjoy a large breakfast at Etage 07, located on the 7th floor of the hotel. The lounge at the Hotel Otto offers spectacular views over the city and the many nearby attractions.

- The studios are located on the 6th floor, ideal for longer stays and for the independent traveler. Through a kitchenette, a sitting area and a modern bathroom with shower, the studio offers extra comfort. The wooden floor is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. The studio is equipped with a flat screen TV. Free highspeed WIFI access and fair traded ADA care products are available. Upon arrival, you will find a fresh apple and mineral water in the room. The 24 - 36 square meters large studio offers space for up to four people in a quiet location. These rooms have a double or twin bed, telephone, safe and a hairdryer.

- The standard rooms are all located on the ground floor and the 1st floor. These rooms offer modern comfort in functional design with a size of 18 square meters. Ideal location with free wi-fi
From TGL airport the hotel is only a short bus ride on the X9. The U-Bahn at Ernst Reuter Platz is just around the corner or it's only a quick walk to the Zoologischer Gartens with many shops and theatres. Lovely central location but not at all noisy at night. There is complimentary wi-fi which is a nice touch and helped me plan my day before heading out. The hotel itself is very clean, simply decorated, modern and comfortable.

Nice hotel
We wanted to spend no more than $100 USD per night, and we wanted to stay on the west side of Berlin. This met those criteria, and exceeded expectations. We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the afternoon/evening tea and snacks left out for us in the penthouse lounge. My main complaints are that the bed wasn't very comfortable, and the room felt dark/cramped. However, the location near the S and U bahns and KuDamm was ideal. Great eats around there, too.

A Wonderful Stay!
Great place. Affordable price, clean and neat, and friendly and supportive staff. Loved that internet was included as well as bottled water. Would appreciate if they had English speaking channels on the TV, if possible.

Good value for the price
Maid service ends at 3 which, given time zone changes, made it difficult to have the room cleaned. Hotel staff was unfriendly in helping to provide clean towels in lieu of maid service. Wireless internet (free) was a great touch, as was free bottled water. The evening snacks were minimal and not replenished.

Excellent customer care
Ideal hotel for short city break. Excellently located a stones throw from the bus stop for the X9 (25 min bus journey to Tagel Airport) 2 minute walk to U-Bahn and 5 minute walk to S-Bahn. This makes all of the typically tourist sights easily accessible. Exceptionally helpful staff made this a very pleasant stay. Booking in was efficient and the helpfulness continued with suggestions of vegetarian restaurants and nearby bars. The room was a good size with a very powerful shower. The two best aspects of the hotel by far are the sumptious breakfast and coffee and cake in the afternoon - just what is needed after a day in Berlin. Fantastic hotel that cannot be improved.

Hyvä hinta/laatu
Aamupala oli loistava, todella kannattaa pieni lisäsatsaus. Sijainti vähän kakspiippuinen ,sillä lentokenttä ja esim. eläintarha ja ostosmahdollisuudet lähellä, mutta jos liikkuu pääsääntöisesti Aleksanderplatsin suunnalla ja haluaisi esim. lasten kanssa huilata hotellilla välillä, niin metromatka on aika pitkä. Jotain 14 pysäkkiä ja juna vähän vähemmän.

Eläintarhalla ainakin sunnuntaina kamala lippujono, mutta metro Zoologisher Gartenin lippuautomaatista sai matkalippujen lisäksi myös pääsyliput vaivattomasti ilman 200m jonotusta.

En tiedä tarkoittiko comfort nimike huoneessa vesipulloa, jonka saimme joka päivä. Meillä ei ollut sohvaa, joka oli luvattu huonekuvauksessa. Pyytämällä saimme 2 tuolia, jossa pystyimme istumaan, emme halunneet käyttää sänkyä siihenkin. Aamiainen ja henkilökunta tosi erinomainen ! Suosittelisin hotellia sijaintinsa vuoksi, mutta aamiainen pitäisi sisältyä huonehintaan!!!

aamiainen kalliin puoleinen, 15,00 EUR, mutta lähistöllä hyviä pieniä konditoria- ja leipomokahviloita, joista sai hyvän aamupalan kohtuuhinnalla.
