Good value and convenient location

This hotel is good value for money and is right next to a metro stop. Staff were friendly but the light in our room didn't work as as it was the weekend they said they couldn't fix it - so we had to make do with the 2 small bedside lamps for 2 nights. The safe didn't work either but with some persuasion they did fix that. other than that though it was very clean and comfortable.

nye holiday

the hotel is located right next to the u-bahn which made it perfect to just go around the city and back right next to the hotel, Room was very clean and the staff very helpful and polite. It's also at walking distance from some main attractions but the transport in germany is very reliable and fast. Would have enjoyed it more if the bed wasn't so hard...otherwise no major concern.

Hyvä sijainti

Viihtyisä, siisti hotelli. Hyvä sijainti aivan metroaseman vieressä, josta johtuen liikkuminen Berliinissä oli todella vaivatonta.

Ensimmäinen kerta

Hotellin sijainti hyvä, metroaseman kupeessa. Melua ei kuulunut yhtään huoneeseen (huone sisäpihalle päin). Aamiainen oli riittävä ehkä hieman kallis 7,5 €. Olisihan voinut aamiaisella olla makkaroita, kun Saksassa oltiin.

ok für Städtetrip

Das Hotel ist für einen Städtetrip wirklich in Ordnung. Es ist alles da was man braucht aber auch nicht mehr. Die Zimmer sind relativ neu & eher modern eingerichtet und wir hatten ein großes Zimmer. Leider ist es total hellhörig, sodass ich nicht eine Nacht richtig gut geschlafen habe. Die Türen & Wände sind dünn und es ist auch unten bei der Tür ein Spalt offen. Die Reinigungsdamen legen schon sehr früh los & es hört sich an als würden Sie direkt vor oder sogar in deinem Zimmer sprechen und die Reinigungswagen herumschieben. Also das ist ein großer Minus Punkt. Bei uns war das Frühstück nicht im Preis inkludiert aber wir dachten einmal probieren wir es aus. Es war nicht so der Hammer...für 7,50 pro Person hätte ich mir mehr erwartet & auch die Dame die uns bedient hat, wirkte lustlos und schlecht gelaunt. Wir gingen die nächsten Tage in der Umgebung frühstücken, da man hier einige Cafés findet die auch Frühstück anbieten. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren auch in Ordnung und konnten meistens eine gute Auskunft geben. Hervorheben muss ich den jungen Herren an der Rezeption, der war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Im großen und ganzen ist das Fazit für ein 3 Sterne Hotel total in Ordnung. Das große Manko ist jedoch die Hellhörigkeit in diesem Hotel.

Ei hyvä

Mainosten perusteella luulimme aamiaisen kuuluvan hintaan. Toisin kävi. Suihkuletku vuoti ja oli ruostunut. Lopulta lähes katkesi, vaihdettiin, kun valitimme. Huoneessa ei ollut jääkaappia. TV mitättömän pieni. Parasta sijainti.

Super Städte-Hotel

Der Aufenthalt im CityB Novum war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind weitläufig, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel an junge Leute, die gerne ein grosses Zimmer haben und sich eine gute Verkehrsanbindung wünschen.
