Ruhiges angenehmes Hotel
Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet,ist aber nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand.(Teppich) Der Zimmersevice war sehr gut. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und kompetent.

angenehmes Hotel
Straßenseitig sind die Zimmer laut, aber zum Innenhof hört man nur die Kühlaggregate der Klimaanlage (im Sommer laufen sie ununterbrochen). Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen, mit einer Ausnahme: 21€ für das Frühstücksbuffet sind überzogen. Wir gingen gegenüber in das italienische Lokal "Pucci", wo man sehr gut frühstücken kann, zu weniger als dem halben Preis.

Great hotel again
Easy to travel with the bus number 100. From airport take a bus to Zoo and then a bus number 100 to the hotel. There is a sauna (not a Finish on, but...) and gym and everything you need. Near by a shop to buy breakfirst. We are going to the same hotel again this september if we only have time!!

Kundenfreundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig
Nach Fehlinformation durch Hotelpersonal mussten wir beim check out 80 Euro zusätzlich für WLAN Zugriff bezahlen. Von einem 4* Hotel würde man keine Mehrkosten für WLAN erwarten. Sehr unfreundliches, nicht hilfsbereites und unflexibles Personal! Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

itsenäinen matkaaja
O.K. Hotelli
Moderni sisustus , hotelli on huomattavan suuri, ehkä hieman persoonaton. Lyhyt matka lähimmälle metsoasemalle jonka takaa/eteläpuolelta löytyy myös elämää, ravintoloita kapakoita ym. Itse hotellin lähialue on hiljaisempaa. Palvelu ystävällistä ja asiallista, ei valittamista. Huone tilava ja siisti sekä viihtyisä. Hiuomattava on ettei huonehinta sisällä ainakaan perusmuodossaan aamiaista ja maksaa erikseen ostettuna yli 20 eur/henkilö. Huoneessa oli kyllä keittomahdollisuus / vedenkeitin sekä myös pieni kylmäsäilytystila (entinen minibaari) joten pienen aamupalan hankkiminen huoneeseen aamuksi ei ole ongelma. Huoneesta löytyy myös turvalokero neli kaikki mitä luvataankin. Hotellin muita palveluita ei tullut käytettyä eli näistä ei ole kommentoitavaa

Hyvä mutta persoonaton hotelli
Perushyvä hotelli, tosin iso ja hieman persoonaton.Parasta hotellissa on hyvä sijainti. Bussilinja keskustaan menee aivan hotellin edestä, lähimmälle metroasemalle samoin kuin ostoskaduille kävelymatka. Aamiainen ei kuulunut hotellin hintaan. Kannattaa mieluummin mennä ulos aamiaiselle kuin maksaa kaksinkertainen hinta hotellin aamubuffetista, jossa ei ollut mitään erityistä. Kaupungilla saa puoleen hintaan parempaa.

Altmodisches Zimmer
Bei der Beleuchtung in Zimmer und Bad war es unmöglich abends zu lesen oder sich im Bad ver-nünftig zu bewegen. Bettkomfort war sehr mässig. Sehr gut ist die Lage!
