A centrally located hotel which is excellent value for money and highly recommended for guests looking for a family-run hotel rather than a large chain hotel. 0309/UL A rather plain, grey facade. Only 50 meters to the famous Kuh'damm in the city-centre of Berlin. You can either walk (approx 15 min) or take the bus to sights like Memorial Church or KaDeWe, Berlin's most prestigious department store.

Room was clean but very basic

Room was clean but very basic and in need of renovation. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was excellent. A good, simple hotel (more like a two-star rather than a three) at a very reasonable price.

I paid 5 euro per car and night

I paid 5 euro per car and night for my parking. Breakfast was fine. We have no problem with accomodation - parents with 2 children (triple room with baby coat). This hotel has been built in the communist design.

Ok hotelli

Huoneet olivat siisitit ja palvelu ok. Aamupalan hinta/laatusuhde ei ollut kohdallaan: 8 € oli liikaa. Varavuode oli yllättävän hyvä ja muutoinkin sängyt ok.

Gut gelegenes Hotel für Stadtereisen

Es liegt recht zentral, in einer Seitenstraße vom Ku'damm (U-Bahn Adenauerplatz), trotzdem ist es so ruhig, dass man nachts das Fenster kippen kann. Die Sauberkeit war bestens. Das Frühstück war gut, auch die Auswahl am Buffet. Von außen ist es etwas unscheinbar, aber das spielt keine Rolle.

Das Hotel wurde in den 60ern gebaut

Das Hotel wurde in den 60ern gebaut und hat einen entsprechenden Retro-Touch. Zimmer: Zwekmäßig eingerichtet, jedoch teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück: alles vorhanden (sogar Rührei). Service: super nett (haben sogar Ersatz für vergessene Handy-Ladegeräte). Parkplatz: Stellplätze im Innenhof (€5,00/Tag) Lage: 5 Gehminuten bis zum Kuhdamm (Adenauer Platz), trotzdem relativ ruhig in Nebenstrasse gelegen. - Wer eine annehmbare Bleibe für einen Kurzbesuch in Berlin braucht, liegt hier genau richtig.

Nach den vielen negativen Bewertungen

Nach den vielen negativen Bewertungen im Internet waren wir gespannt auf das Hotel. Unser Resümee: Überrascht gut. Freundlichkeit des gesamten Servicepersonals sehr gut, sofort auf Anfagen und Hilfen reagiert. Zimmer klein, aber alles sauber, für eine Stadterkundung ideal. Sehr leise, um die Nächte auszuspannen von der Hektik der Stadt. Früstück reichte für uns völlig aus, es wurde alles notwendige sofort nachgelegt und das Personal war freundlich. Tische wurden sofort wieder für die Nächsten vorbereitet mit Platzdeckchen ( nicht wie auf der Präsentation mit Tischdecken). Lage war gut- ca. 300 m bis zur U-Bahn Adenauerplatz und dem Ku-damm. Mehrere gute und preislich abgestimmte Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, u.a. das Xantener Eck - prima. Positiv für ein längeres Wochenende, um viel zu bummeln.
