Great place to stay while in Berlin. Very close to the zoo. Walking to the Brandenburg Gate is a hike, but possible. The staff is friendly, and the rooms were comfortable.

Excellent location, terrific staff
10-15 minute walk from multiple main train stations. Friendly, multi-lingual staff. Free internet in lobby. Breakfast buffet well-stocked and delicious. Room was well-sized; beds comfortable with individual down-comforters. A/C worked well. Hotel and rooms clean and comfortable.Spa/pool available for extra cost. Convenient to shopping and many authentic German restaurants, as well as American fast food (for those finicky eaters!)Great hotel. Mix of business travelers and families at hotel. Surrounding neighborhood is quiet with a mix of residential and business.

Ideal central location, between
Ideal central location, between two underground stations, both within 5 min walk and a main rail line. Excellent facilities, although bar and restaurant prices high in comparison to the restaurants in surrounding area. Tea and coffee available in rooms, if you like scented/flowery tea. KaDeWe on doorstep along with other high street names. Located at the back of the Europa Centre, old city centre.

Great Location
Truely this hotel is close to everything. Parking was pricey, although close. Was able to walk to shopping, sites, train, and trolley.

Crowne Plaza Hotel
the hotel is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I was not there much except to sleep and it was very quiet. I will definitely want to stay there again when I return to Berlin and may even look for Crowne Plaza in other cities.
