Great Experience
The staff was most helpful and informative. Their knowledge of the city made the trip to Berlin a great experience. The views from my room and the restaurant were outstanding. The room and bathroom were immaculate.

The central bus stop at the zoo made traveling throughout Berlin easy and convenient. With the knowledge that bus routes 100 and 200 traverse the entire city, one can travel with ease to all the important attractions in Berlin.

Great Location
Centrally located with U bahn nearby, bus stop and taxi stand at front door. Room and bathroom small, but great balcony. Traffic noise a problem especially motorcycles. Had to request sheets and towels be changed after one week, and maid left room door open on one occasion. Buffet breakfast good, but overpriced. All in all, not bad for the price.

Short walk from hotel
Don't miss the Xantener Eck for a good and reasonably priced meal. Breakfast buffet is good too, but not available until 9 AM.
