I booked this hotel last minute. I moved from another hotel I was not happy with. This hotel was great! I liked the location, a little bit off the beaten track, but very quiet. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was very clean and they cracked the window to allow fresh air in during the day. The internet was included and worked very well. The breakfast was extra and expensive. I am sure it was good I just chose to grab stuff at the coffee shop around the corner. Overall I was very impressed with this hotel.

Excellent location, great value
I have stayed at this hotel two times now. The rooms are a bit small and as there is no door to the bathroom (although there is a separate toilet area) I wouldn't recommend sharing with someone. For one person thought, it is more than adequate. The location can't be beat with immediate access to the Friedrichstrasse Station and central enough to walk to many other attractions in Mitte. The staff is friendly and well informed.

The Vietnamese restaurant on Georgenstrasse across the street from Friedrichstrasse Bahnhof is excellent. Great food, well-priced, and a nice staff.

Great Hotel for the Price
The hotel is great for the single traveler. The room would be too cramped for more than one person. The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a good location. The room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel - very well situated
Excellent hotel - very well situated for walking to many of the sights. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity too. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again when in Berlin.

- Excellent location in Berlin
- Excellent location in Berlin Mitte (short walking distance to Brandenburger Tor, Museuminsel etc.). Also very easy to reach by the TXL bus from Tegel airport to Karlplatz bus stop. The Friedrichstrasse and Hauptbahnhof S+U-Bahn stations are quite close too (and note that e.g. the supermarkets in these train stations are open 7 days in the week, which was very convenient for us, because we had most of our vacation during the Easter holidays). - Good hot buffet breakfast. - The rooms are small (for instance there is only one little cupboard for your clothes), but otherwise the hotel is very clean and modern.

This is a no frills hotel but
This is a no frills hotel but one which is clean and well-situated in walking distance of many of the sites. That said, the hotel had free wi-fi internet throughout and modern, flat-screened TVs in the rooms. The price is very good for a modern, european, city centre hotel.
