Warning: Breakfast is not included!
It was a suprise that the breakfast was not included and it costed 12,50 euros/morning... I didn´t know it when I booked a room.

Lacks Fundamentals
The hotel itself is great...the entryway is ornately decorated, the rooms have 12-foot ceilings, etc. My room had not one but two sets of double doors leading into it. However, the amenities are outdated and barely existent. The furniture was sparse and old, the carpet was filthy, and instead of those little hotel soap/shampoo sets we got some kind of combination body wash dispenser. All in all though, a great value for the price and awesome location.

Absolut not a 4 star hotel - only one lift - no safebox - very old tv with bad signal- but god lokation and very friendly starf.

Dangerous location for shopaholics!
Hotel was clean and well-heated, staff were friendly, and the location perfect for shopping on Kurfuerstendamm. Although hotel was not exactly central, Berlin's public transport is so efficient, extensive and affordable that this is not an issue at all. Breakfast was expensive, much cheaper to eat at a nearby cafe

Location excellent, very near
Location excellent, very near to Zoogarten station, U Bahn, S Bahn buses and airport transport. Bedroom spacious, Bathroom likewise. Breakfast very good, staff very friendly.

Very comfortable well located
Very comfortable well located hotel by Kurfuerstendammstrasse. Magnificent entrance and comfortable rooms although the shower room was a bit of a tight squeeze. The breakfast was excellent and very varied to suit all tastes. Would certainly stay there again

主要駅から至近距離にあるという立地が素晴らしい。とにかく便利なのだ。 ただ大通りに面しているため、深夜まで街の喧噪から完全に逃れることはできない。その点は覚悟しておく必要がある。 古い建物を改装したホテルなので、部屋はあまり機能的とはいえないが、人によってはそういうタイプが好ましいと思うかもしれない。 小柄な私にとっても、正直なところ、やや窮屈な部屋だったが、この値段ならば妥当であるようにも思った。 ただ、毎晩机で読書と書き物をする習慣がある私にとって、机の狭さと照明の暗さはかなり辛く、ベルリ 滞在中の最も大きなストレスの原因になった。 朝食用の部屋は広々としていて、なかなかよかった。 メニューも豊富なバイキング形式で、パンの種類、ヨーグルトの種類、ホットミールの種類、みな多めで、毎朝楽しく食事ができた。 （もっとも、ジュースの種類は乏しい。） 食堂でのサービスはていねいで行き届いたものだった。

5 Uebernachtungen im Rahmen des Berlin-Marathons. Das Hotel war immer wieder Ausgangspunkt für unsere Stadtbesichtigung in andere Stadtteile und hatte den excellenten Vorteil der zentralen Lage.
