This is a very professionally
This is a very professionally run hotel/hostel. The rooms were spotless, the service was professional and polite and the transport links throughout Berlin are amazingly good. If you want clean and tidy facilities with the possibility of cheap and nutritious breakfast or dinner at low costs (less than 10 euros) then look no further.

Friendly staff and good cheap breakfast!
I spent very little time in the hotel, so it was a perfect place to put down my things and go explore Berlin. The breakfast was a great deal at 4 Euro. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any question. I would say it was a great deal considering my needs and budget. Also, it was conveniently located for public transportation or taxis.

More a hostel than a hotel, but having said that it offers somewhere safe and comfortable to stay. 10 mins walk to the underground and 2 stops from Alexander Platz. If you need somewhere to get a bed and a shower, then this fits the market, basic otherwise.

Hotel from Hell
Its right in the middle of what appears to be a war zone. The front porch is littered with 15 year old kids smoking, and we couldn't even get in (until we stepped over them with luggage). The bed is 3 inches of foam over a piece of plywood,NO AC, and with the window open, its so noisy, you can't sleep. No phone in the room to call the front desk, no carpet, no space, and a 12 inch TV with a remote that doesn't work. I had a better bed in basic training. How much worse can it get ?

Hotel??? Hostel triffts da eher...
Mini Zimmer, nebeneinander umziehn - no go... Mini Bad, beim Toilettenbesuch musste man die Tür offen lassen - sehr geil beim gacken... man hört alles durch die Wände... hatten 4 Std Stöhn-Quietsch-Hör-Vorstellung von 0:30 bis 4:30 - sehr schlafreich... nur Jugendgruppen!!! Frühstücktrennung Gruppen - Familien... Familienteil konnte nicht benutzt werden, da zu wenig Familien da warn... =( der Lift hielt in jedem Stockwerk - auch wenn keiner einsteigen wollte, bzw. die knöpfe nicht gedrück wurden! helle Vorhänge, keine Rollos... das einzige Vorteilhafte: das "Hotel" liegt zwischen Tresor und Watergate!!! =)
