Good for the price
Staff was extreemly helpfull and made it a pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent. Centrally located and close to everything trainstation, bus connections etc.

1st time in Bamberg
Enjoyable stay at a German style hotel
Location was exceptional and within walking distance to trains and downtown shopping area. Loved the quaintness of the hotel and the breakfasts were delicious! We weren't able to use our personal appliances because of difference in voltage...so that is the only disadvantage to staying in a German style hotel. First time in Germany and would stay here again!

Comfortable room for a great price!
When I arrived at the hotel, the service was great. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I received a wake up call when it was time for me to leave. Breakfast was included. The location was perfect. Thank you

Taste of German Culture
First thing to realize is that U.S. standards do not apply to German standards. The customer service was outstanding and they spoke English and very helpful. Very Clean. Orbitz description of hotel was not completely accurate. I should have brought an alarm clock. Otherwise the hotel was outstanding if you are willing to experience another culture. Centrally located near the train station easy access to taxi.

Wonderful place to stay
The hotel was wonderful, the beds were comfortable and room service was prompt. Breakfast was served daily, on the 4th floor, which did not have an elevator. Our son is disabled and had to climb two flights of stairs each morning, this was very difficult for him. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating to the rest of our families needs. Very close to shopping and train station.
