Nice hotel, bad service. We booked and payed for an appartment, but got a cheaper studio. We were helped (NOT) by a very arrogant and rude desk man. We met him again with checking out and that took about 50 minutes. What was that man slow. No
management available to complain. Pity, because the hotel has a perfect location for Lille (only 10 minutes to the tube), nice rooms, big free parking place. But don't want to be traeted as I was, so I will not return.
Visited this hotel for the third time. Two previous times very enthousiastic, but this year (2010): booking preferences totally ignored, very rude receptionist (check out took 45 minutes because of his slowness, asked whether he spoke
English:"Only if I want to"), room incomplete: no promissed DVD player. Same receptionist promised one before the evening, but nothing happened. Breakfast is a mess. No plates, forks etc. No refills at time. I don't know for sure, but looks like a typical case of changing owners, because the difference between last years and now is enormous. Btw: the receptionist said that complaining was useless, because he was the boss. If that is true, the hotel is lost....
