Set in a superlative environment, the luxury Monne-decroix residSet in a beautiful environment, our residential hotel *** and our restaurant are welcoming you for stays from one night to several months, for your leisure or business stays. Our establishment has an excellent location, at 10 minutes from Toulouse Blagnac airport and from the main companies of Toulouse (Airbus, Thales, Continental) and at just 15 minutes from downtown (Congress Centre of Toulouse, Place du Capitole). You will enjoy the golf a few minutes away from the residence (la Rame and Teoula). On the site, you will enjoy the landscape garden and the swimming-pool outdoor. You will benefit of our 81 apartments, all equipped (kitchenette, bathroom, a desk with high speed internet access, private phone land line, satellite TV). A daily continental breakfast is also served. For your meetings (from 5 to 50 persons) we put at your disposal our soundproof conference rooms with wifi access and the restaurant on the site will permit you to appreciate our traditional dishes.
