Crowne Plaza TOULOUSE

Excellent hotel, very comfortable, conveniently located next to the Capitol, some great restaurants and great stores for shopping, hotel staff very friendly, I would like to return to stay at this hotel and I will recommend to everyone who want to be comfortable

Having stayed in Toulouse many times before I decided to try the Plaza as it's really central and is less than a minute away from the best restaurant in Toulouse. The Hotel was easy to find, and the welcome at reception was warm and helpful. My room was on the 6th floor and overlooked the skyline towards the Cathedral, showing the classic city scape of an old town with lots of red tiled roofs. The room was clean, well equiped with everything working. I will definately stay here again on my next trip to Toulouse

The Crowne Plaza was a great experience with a friendly and helpful staff. Almost everyone spoke some english which made our stay much easier. The hotel is centrally located near the Capital and is within walking distance of shopping , parks, museums and many restaurants. The rooms were nicely appointed, clean and well maintained. The hotel restaurant was adequate, the food was overly fussy and rich. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots of choices and fresh fruit. The wait staff was responsive and friendly. The hotel bar was uneven and understaffed at times, and lacked some variety of choice. I would imagine it is better staffed and stocked in the spring and summer months. The gym was what you would expect, equipment, dumbbells and mirrors. More than enough to get a workout in while traveling. I would stay at the Crowne Plaza again, it stacked up well against other hotels we have stayed at around the world. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and friendly staff were above average. The restaurant was the weak spot but with so many places to choose from close by, this did not impact our stay.I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Toulouse is a great city, with great food, wine and a lot to see and experience. The people are friendly and it is very vibrant and youthful.

The hotel was clean, pleasant and efficient - no problems at all there. It is also conveniently located in the very centre of the city, right on the corner of Place Capitole, one of the main squares in the city. But it was because of this that I gave a bad score for location. My room was on the street side of the building, directly opposite a bar. People were out on the street to smoke (and talk, and shout) until about 3am. The noise was a big problem for sleeping. I guess if you had a room at another part of the hotel it would be fine, but I did not get much sleep the 2 nights I stayed there - even though it was midweek. I guess weekends would be even worse.

A beautiful old hotel, beautifully renovated in the most central location. If you're driving there be prepared for a difficult time navigating through the narrow streets but it is worth it

Very nice hotel, perfectly located. Would definitely stay there on next visit.

Je n'ai pas à me plaindre car pour 155 € voiture 24h incluse on m'a affecté ... la suite présidentielle (affichée 950 à 1250 € la nuit !!!) ... mais dans un hôtel 4* en France est il normal que la porte d'un meuble TV me reste dans les mains, que le tuyau de douche soit tout juste assez long pour prendre une douche debout, que le plafond de la salle de bains soit cabossé (pannes de faux plafond en laiton prétentieux) et que le produit nuit calme proposé le soit exclusivement en anglais sans traduction en français ? Non mais heureusement je parle couramment anglais. Bref hôtel à l'américaine très prétentieux au personnel aseptisé mais confort de la chambre normal pour un 4*. Petit déjeuner quelconque facturé 23 € !!!

Impeccable. Excellent hotel, très bien situé, très tranquille et personnel très attentionné.

On ne peut faire plus central, trés bon accueil et service.
