Unclean, broken equipment, bad beds

The small windows seemed never to have been cleaned. Sheets were not really white. Aircon control broken => freezing at night. Very small rooms with narrow beds. Furniture seemed very old. Bathroom door lacked paint. Positive: personnel spoke good enough english
