Hotel Mister Bed City

Great, friendly staff -- which was typical for our experiences in France all together. But hotel room was a little lacking for the price. Was not clean and upto our standards -- I would probably look for a better hotel if I had more time.

We spent 1 night in this hotel and it was pretty good. If we had stayed longer it probably wouldn't have been that great because the rooms are a little small (expecially the bathroom). The location was excellent just the subway was right next to the hotel and getting to Disney or Paris was very simple and easy. No hassel at all.

Service was good, Disneyland tickets were sold at the hotel. Staff provide directions on how to reach attractions. 7 Euro was too much for the breakfast. They do have 10 places to eat right around the corner to include a pharmacy that closes at 11.

The hotel looks much better outside than it is insideI am surprised that it's only 5 years old, it's mucholder in the interior. There is NO AIR-CONDITION inour room. The front desk staff is very UNFRIENDLY and not HELPFUL at all, there is one Chinese-Frenchguy that was really nice and helpful to us his nameis [...], it was very obvious that when [...] went out of his way to help us with directions to Paris, the other members of the morning front desk staffseem irritated. The last straw to me was on my lastday at the hotel I needed a phone to make a free callto the Taxi people I booked online to make sure theywould come and pick me the next morning, the front desk told me that they can't let me borrow their phone, because it's only for their business and theycan't help me, I had to walk one whole block to a public phone and got rained on. Please don't send Americans to this horrible hotel, we Americans deserve so much more. I am very easy and I take alot before I react and with the rate we paid for the hotel I think you as a big company can demand more for us. Despite what happened I still think you (Orbitz) did a great job booking my trip with the air fares I will book with you again, just make sure to relate my message to the people at The Mister Bed hotel. Thanks for everything.

The Room was large, the beds were low and hard, no air conditioning (lucky it was cool). The windows when open could hear the room next to us. Not far from Disneyland Paris by train but not convenient to come back for a mid day meal. The train is more expensive outside the city so you need to be aware that tickets are needed in and out of station. The price was fair for the space and we had a kithen but only stayed one night would be better for more than 1 night and so you could cook meals. All utensils were supplied but dish cleaning stuff was not (dish clothes soap and towels). Also No fan was seen so you better not burn anything.

Breakfast was not included and there wasn't anything else opened in the area until at least 0900. That was a pastry shop. Heavy on the carbohydrates and very little proteins available. There was a group of children running through the hallways up until 1:30 in the morning banging on other guests' doors. I had to complain several times. The staff had very little concern for our needs. Although they were polite about it. The bathroom was a joke. It was so small. We were supposed to get a double bed and we got 2 small (bunkbed) sized beds (extra-firm) that we pushed together. The sheets were not changed in the week we were there. We wanted to ask for a refund and go elsewhere but we didn't know where else to go. There wasn't even a shuttle for the hotel. A taxi wanted to charge us 100 Euros for the trip. We quickly had to figure out the rest of the transportation system. We found a great city called La Defense at the end of the "A" line (train) that will be the next place we go. Hint: buy a train ticket for all 6 zones when you get there. The "B" line from CDG airport goes to the "A" line which is the main line through several sites. Absolutely, DO NOT go to this one

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Mister bed city à Torcy pour un séjour à Disney. L'hôtel est à environ 10 min en voiture. Centre commercial et restaurants très proches. Cet hôtel a été l'un des pires hôtels dans lequel nous avons séjourné! L'hôtel s'est dégradé car nous y avons séjourné il y a environ 4 ans! Notre séjour a été un calvaire! Les couvres-lits et la moquette étaient sales et tachés! Les fenêtres et les vitres étaient tachées aussi! La salle de bain n'est qu'une petite cabine, comme dans les campings-car donc pas pratiques avec 2 enfants en bas âge! Tâches d'urines sur la lunettes des WC. Nous avons demandé un lit bébé qui a été mis dans la chambre (lit parapluie sale, avec pleins de tâches!!) sans draps!! Avec 2 enfants, nous n'avons eu que 2 serviettes de bain et 1 pour les mains. En arrivant le soir, la climatisation centralisée fonctionnait au maximum alors qu'il faisait 15° à l'extérieur! Il faisait aussi froid à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur! Nous n'avons pas pu nous couvrir avec les couvertures qui étaient très très sales(cheveux, poils, tâches...) A vomir! Les couvertures n'ont jamais été lavées! Nous en avons parlé à la réception mais rien a été fait! Les couvres lits était laissés au sol. Mes enfants sont tombés malades dans la nuit et nous, la nuit d'aprés! Pour un séjour qui se devait plaisant et magique, c'était horrible!! Le manque d'hygiène donne envie de VOMIR!!! Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel aux familles avec enfants! Beaucoup de bruits dans les couloirs notamment dans le bureau des gouvernantes et des femmes de ménages qui ne se gênaient pas pour crier au lieu de parler!!! Nous étions chambre 112, en face de la lingerie et à coté du bureau!! Personnel qui ne dit même pas bonjour! En somme, cet hôtel est vraiment DEGUEULASSE (chambre, couloir mais aussi ascenseur!) Des tâches de partout et personne pour les nettoyer! HOTEL A FUIR, A EVITER et A DECONSEILLER!!!
