Warm, modern hotel in the heart of the old city

Le Grand Hotel is a warm, contemporary hotel housed in a 1960's area façade. Located across the street from the renovated TGV high-speed railway station, the hotel has a 24-hour front desk with multilingual staff. Business-friendly amenities include six meeting rooms with 100+ occupancy and free Wi-Fi Internet access (some fees may apply). Breakfast buffet includes coffee, croissants, and more. Pets are accepted at Le Grand Hotel, with dogs under 10 pounds welcomed (call to confirm). Bike rental is available, and the entire property is non-smoking.

Beim Versuch um 13:30 Uhr einzuchecken

Beim Versuch um 13:30 Uhr einzuchecken wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nochmals um 15:00 Uhr wiederkommen sollten und unsere Koffer einfach am Eingang abstellen sollten. Der Zimmerservice hatte am zweiten Tag um 18:00 Uhr unser Zimmer noch nicht gemacht, was dann erst nach Reklamation erfolgte. Licht im Badezimmer nicht ausreichend und das ganze Zimmer hatte einen stark parfümierten Geruch. Diesen konnte man nicht lüften, da der Verkehr beim geöffneten Fenster sehr laut ist. Die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind optimal. Der Service war zum Schluß bemüht, aber die negativen Erfahrungen überwiegen.
