great location for Basel airport proximity was great - parking was free on street parking. the unit was small and compact but it amazingly had everything. great value for the low cost - but perfect for us as we had a 6:30flight which meant we left the hotel at 4:30 am.

really disappointed
We stayed at this hotel before since hotel was Citea but now change to ACCOR chain which I expected that it would be better as ACCOR standard but not at all. We booked for 4 nights via e-bookers which no any information that no cleaning if booked more than 3 night staying. If the cleaning required - the supplement required. How come to stay in the room un clean with the same towel from the first day. What the money paid for? I stayed only for 2 nights and moved to other hotel and will not go back to stay at this hotle any more.

Citea St. Louis - an upsale monastery
Very inexpensive. Very basic room. Smallish beds. Small flat-screen TV. Shower stall with curtain instead of a shower door. Thin carpet, but not worn out. No tissues. But free internet. Room is very clean. Staff helpful. Only 30 meters from trams in Basel Switzerland. Considering the price, an excellent bargain. Exceptionally close to Novartis corporate headquarters.

We were very happy to have stayed
We were very happy to have stayed here on our visit to Basel. Although this hotel is actually in France, and therefore with French pricing rather that Swiss, it is within sight of the end of the #11 tram line, and about 8 minutes from Marktplatz in Basel itself. As regular visitors to Basel, we intend to make this our future base of operations. (Also, the Maharaja Indian restaurant, about 150 metres away, has curry to die for, if with pretty slow service.)

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr nahe am Flughafen und ist einfach zu finden. Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand neu renoviert.

lors de notre passage dans votre hôtel tout était très bien sauf 2 points négatifs 1) nous n'avons pas pu imprimer le voucher 2# nous avons demandé de nous réveiller à 4h30 car nous avions le taxi réservé pour 4h55 et nous avons été réveillé à 4h45 1/4 d'heure plus tard que ce que nous avons demandé #c'est très ennuyant j'ai de la difficulté pour m'habiller vous devriez respecter la demande des horaires.
