Good location, otherwise just OK
Room was OK--bed fairly comfortable, clean, but nothing special. Decent value. Location was good, about a block from Hotel de Ville and the Church of St. Ouen (beautiful park around the Church, great place for a picnic). About 10 minutes from the Rouen Cathedral, 15 minutes from the train station. Staff very friendly.

place was run down and dirty.
place was run down and dirty. broken tiles in the bathroom and the place had not been dusted in months. do not stay at this hotel very poor and overpriced.

i got an attic room with a shower
i got an attic room with a shower that was broken.reception was not available to complain to.very poor hotel.location was the only plus

This hotel sounds typical of European small hotels - we can not find fault - simple facilities, secure parking, decent breakfast and rooms at a good price right in the centre of the city. Cigarette odour unfortunate.

Du moisi dans la salle de bain,
Du moisi dans la salle de bain, et aux fenêtres. une odeur d'humidité dans les couloirs, une odeur de tabac froid et de renfermé dans la chambre. Très bon emplacement néanmoins, et les services proposés sont sympathiques.
