Suite Novotel Paris Roissy CDG

Didn't read info. No restaurant at hotel. No restaurants nearby except at other hotels. Rude reception. Two people at desk didn't look up from computer even though I was only person standing there. When I later asked for recomendations for restaurants, they simply pointed to a computerized kiosk. Room was spacious. Bus driver was nice. Wouldn't go back as there are nicer hotels in area.

i was greeted graciously, after a very long day of travel. The woman checking me into the hotel could not have been nicer. When I was checking out the nexr morning for a flight, again the woman at the front desk was very helpful in checking the information which I needed about my flight. She made my experience at the airport much less stressful.

The Hotel is in a good location, along with many other hotels, for convenient shuttles to the airport and train station to Paris.....The train is much better than the "land mines of traffic jams throughout Paris and its highways."

I wanted to stay near the Charles de Gaulle airport for an early flight out the next day. This was a good, inexpensive option. The free shuttle does not belong to the hotel, but is a bus that serves several area hotels. The bus also serves another Novotel, so make sure you get off at the correct spot! Shuttles are about every 40 minutes during the day, and every 20 minutes in the morning and evening. The lobby of the hotel had a television screen announcing when the next shuttle was expected to leave. The hotel was not convenient on foot to either the airport or the RER. I think that there were restaurants in the area, but I went to the airport via the shuttle, and met with friends to go into the city. I did not eat breakfast the next day. My room had a double bed and a day bed. It was possible to draw a curtain across the room to separate them. Room had a safe, fridge, microwave and hotpot. The television provided many channels and free movies, and the wireless access was good. The room was modern and clean. I would stay there again.

Booked this hotel because it was near the airport, had a shuttle and had good ratings. So many problems occurred. 1) Took the shuttle that said "Suite Novotel & Ibis etc. Got off at the Suite Novotel and was told we had no reservation. Turns out there are "two" Suite Novotels at the airport and had to take a different shuttle to get there That meant we had to take the original shuttle back to airport and then take the other shuttle (which said Suite Novotel & Mercure etc) to get to the correct Suite Novotel. Lots of other people had the same problem and there was a lot of angry people. 2) Second shuttle to the "correct' Suite Novotel didn't come. It was suppose to run every 20 minutes....it was at least 45 minutes and everyone was tired and angry. In all it took about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get to the correct hotel. 3) Hotel was suppose to wake us at 5am. They didn't call until 5:25am and it was to say "Did you want a wakeup call or a taxi at 5am?" It was a good thing I set my own alarm or we would have been late to checkin. 4) The Bathroom looks like a cruise ship bathroom. The shower is the same continuous floor as the rest of the bathroom so when you shower the water floods with about an 1" of water over the whole floor.

Short shuttle ride ot an easy check-in with a very nice "Suite Box" room concept.

Stayed overnight to catch next days flight.

We were able to acquaint ourselves with the village of Roissy because of its proximity to hotel row when it seemed foolish to try to go into Paris. We did not expect, in a tourist area, for all of the village's restaurants to close at 2:00 p.m. and reopen around 7:00 p.m. We were so hungry that we went to another Novotel, which had a restaurant, in order to satisfy our hunger. The room was quite spacious, but somewhat worn. We have stayed at Novotels in the past, so the separate bath and toilet was not a surprise. When closed, the windows did, indeed, lock out all airplane noise. The shuttle bus is a great advantage of this hotel. We had no trouble locating the pick up area at CDG, although more than a half hour wait was necessary. Pick up at the hotel to CDG was quite convenient. The Novotel Suite provided us what we needed for a one night stopover.

Shuttle was on time from CDG Terminal 2F runs in the afternoon every 20 minutes and every 15 minutes in the morning. Room was clean, had a great night sleep. At night I had a snack that you buy by the front desk not very pricy. Breakfast was 12 euros. I would go back to this hotel, it's close to the airport...free shuttle...friendly people and the price is right and yes you can ask for a non smoking room.

I stayed at the hotel because my flight out of Paris was cancelled due to winter storms. I booked the hotel because it had a shuttle to the airport. However I had to wait at least an hour and a half at the airport for the shuttle. The other shuttle buses seemed to be running frequently but not the one for this hotel. Then I asked the hotel to give me a wake-up call and that never happened. As a result, I almost missed my early morning flight. Because the shuttle bus doesn't start early enough in the am, I had to pay E.20 for a taxi. Otherwise, the room was comfortable.
