Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel & Conference Centre

The carpet in the room was filthy, but everything else was clean even if a bit run-down. If you only want coffee or something small for breakfast DO NOT go to the hotel restaurant or you will be charged for the full buffet - 39 Euros. This was not made clear to me and the receptionist could not have cared any less. The location of the hotel is great, but not really worth the room rate.

Easy access to terminals by tram.took only 10min.hotel rooms clean (rug stained needs cleaning)and comfortable,very modern.staff was friendly. Restaurant/bar was dirty and expensive food just fair and bar tender was distracted to say the least.but we were not there for gourmet delight just snack before turning in for morning flight. On a whole, filled our needs would go back but only after meal in Paris first!

Position wonderful, right at airport, facilities up to the mark, value poor-ish but memorable for staff attitudes which range from the coldly authoritarian to the downright hostile.

While the hotel is a clear winner for international travel convenience, the prices make it very very close to NOT worth staying there. Not only are room rates exorbitant, but they CHARGED us to park our soon-to-be-dropped-off rental car outside while we checked in, then charged for internet, then charged to get my bandwidth high enough to even be able to download my files; I do not think I could reco this for "regular" people other than for biz travelers on expense accts where companies do not care what is spent. I felt gouged.

There is no denying that the location of the Sheraton cannot be beat. I dropped my luggage in the morning and took the train into Paris, museum hopped all afternoon and then back to the hotel. Catching my flight in the morning was a complete breeze - out the doors and to the left. But that is where is ends. The hotel is expensive. The rooms are basic. The drains in the bathroom didn't drain, so that the shower overflowed into the bathroom. The ventilation system made this horrible - yet inconsistent rubbling noise all night. There was a black hair in the bathroom and mold on the ceiling. Only 1 elevator worked. Even though I prepaid on Orbitz they said I owed them 1.50 Euro in tax - I called it my escape fee and paid it.

Very easy to fall out of bed into your plane. It's about a 20 minutes walk from the hotel reception to the departure gates for Air France flights. The restaurant is a bit pricey and there are few alternatives in CDG, so prepare in advance.

We stayed at the Sheraton due to an overnight connection at Charles de Gaulle Airport. The hotel was very convenient due to its location in the international terminal. The hotel is a little hard to locate from Terminal E where we landed and there is little signage but it was only a 5 minute walk from our outgoing gate in Terminal C. The hotel is expensive and the corridors look somewhat institutional but the room was very comfortable...especially the bed. It was nice to be able to take a bath in a roomy tub after the 11 hour flight to Paris. We had our own laptops and free wireless internet was available to guests in the lobby. Food at the hotel was also expensive. It was very good so we did not mind paying. We would stay here again should we have another overnight connection in Paris.

We chose the hotel as we had a plane connection to make in the early am, and didnt want Paris traffic or anything else in the way. It was very convenient. We didnt use the hotel facilities or restaurant so cant comment on that. The room was nice, and quiet. It seemed competitive with other hotels in the vicinity, with a bit of a premium for the convenience.

Hotel is located at the airport. Walk directly to the terminal. Not alot of options for dining at the hotel or airport. Very expensive for food. TV has english speaking stations - CNN, MSNBC, Sports, BBC. NIce room. Clean. Staff was helpful in exchanging currency. Expect to pay for the location - expensive. But if you do not want to worry about traffic, stay here.

Beautiful clean absolutely quiet room eventhough it was right on the tarmack. Sheraton was wonderful to use my SPG points and let me check in early upon my arrival. My room was ready and waiting in a perfect location. The shower was the best feature. Staff spoke English and was so very helpful. The value of this hotel through [...] could not be beat. They were glad to receive the reservation through [...] and did not even need a credit card.
