Mom from the south
Not that great a Hotel.
The staff was not very friendly and told me breakfast was not included until I showed her the email confirmation which showed that we had paid for it. The air conditioner did not work and the room was hot.The shuttle to and from the airport was long and not very frequent.

First time in France
Excellent choice Near CDG
I needed a hotel for an overnight stay prior to my flight out the next morning and the Novotel was a good choice, reasonably priced. My tour group ended at CDG airport and I was able to take the free airport bus easily to the Novotel Convention and Wellness Center (there are other Novotels near, so be sure to get the right one), and back to CDG the next morning without any problems at all. The room was large, modern, and clean, and the staff were very friendly. If you're not going back into the city, the very charming village of Roussy en France with a beautiful park is a short walk behind the hotel. Restaurant's food not the greatest, but there are many choices within walking distance in the village or at the adjacent hotels.

Suggestion for travelers. Eating Breakfast and super in the Bar was MUCH cheaper than eating in the Restaurant. Their Faux Gras platter was 12 Euros and plenty for one person. It included 3 types and a salad. In the Restaurant it was 18 Euros without the salad.

Plumbing fixtures in France are a bit different and took some guesswork but experience was Very Good overall.

Long walk from hotel
It's a LONG WALK from any arrival gate at CDG to the shuttle pickup point. I found the bagage carts which are available in the terminal could be improvised as a wheel chair (heart problems). The hotel staff was Very Helpful in calling to arrange for assistance on the following leg of our flight.

Hotel ok, not 4*,bus experience awful
Hotel is ok, carpets need replacing but staff was helpful and room was spotless clean. However and this is problem I suspect with other hotels near CDG is that the shuttle system invovles all of the nearby hotels and there were terrible "pushing matches" while far too many people were trying to get on the shuttle at the airport. I got pushed hard accidently by another passenger and we had to wait 30 minutes and 3 shuttles before getting a ride. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport took 30 minutes because of all the stops. The staff member at the hotel said that this is normal for planes arriving in the evening at CDG! (I arrived at 10 pm). And I am a very experienced traveller

Great location for an early flight home!
We had an early flight home to Chicago from Paris and this was an ideal location. We were able to easily return the rental car and take the train into Paris to spend the day before returning home. Very spacious for a European hotel.

Quiet, clean rooms and good location
Two sets of windows, each of double-paned glass, kept out all the airplane noise typical of these airport locations. Clean, modern rooms with nice fixtures and conveniences, helpful staff, and reasonable rates. We stayed here before a flight out of CDG in the morning, for which this was extremely convenient, even if the location cannot be found on many modern GPS systems. (Follow signs for Roissy airport hotels, near but not part of Paris Nord 2 group.) No easy access to Paris; take shuttle to airport train station and catch the RER from there.
