The Black Bus
The hotel was very nice once you reached it but the Black Bus transport from and to the airport is out of control. The bus was jamed full bothways with passengers and bags smashed togeather. There was neither the space for both passengers and bags in the seats on the aisle. Passengers had to climb over bags that exceeded the space in the racks and in some cases fell on passengers. Out of Control!!!!!!!

Really convenient for Stop Overs
This was a great Stopover option. An airport shuttle is regularly scheduled, the staff are nice and the breakfast is good.

Not worth your money
I booked this hotel based on my previous stay 5-7 years ago, at that time it was a good hotel. This time however I found that the hotel condition has significantly deteriorated. The lobby is still in good condition but since the moment you get into the elevator you see that lack of maintenance. Walkways are poorly ventilated, the carpets are totally wore down, the rooms are in poor shape with multiple stains in the furniture and walls. Mattress is very poor condition, caves into the middle of it. Pillows are old and very thin, they only give you one per person. The bathroom was clean but the shower almost did not work, we had to call the front desk twice and they came to fix it. The windows have very poor insulation (closing gaps) which make the room noisy particularly because our room was near a road with relatively high traffic. Curtains are in poor condition. In general the hotel is in very poor shape, clearly the building is in disrepair and has been abandoned. I should mention however that the front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. This hotel seems like it will only get worse since I did not see any obvious evidence that they are trying to do any maintenance. The outside of the building is also in deep of maintenance.

Just nice
I wish I would have stayed at Millennium in the heart of Paris. This hotel also offered free shuttle to other hotel on the weekends. Breakfast was cold all the days we ate there but neat and nicely presented. Staff awesome.

just ok
The place is fine, but there was no hot water in the morning. The phone was not properly working. My wife tried to call me there but despite her many attempts her call never went through, and I did not even get my wake up call. Fortunately I had my own Cell wake up call...

Avoid - Spend more go elsewhere
I booked to stay at the Millennium Charles De Gaulle hotel on 31 October for 2 nights. I liaised with the hotel in advance as I was on a short stay for a birthday surprise for my wife to go to Disneyland Paris (please find attached the emails). When I arrived at the hotel I was surprised to be confronted by the check in staff that responded to me saying how will I pay for my room, even though I had pre-booked. When I provided my confirmation of booking documentation it took the check in staff 10 minutes to realise I had made a booking. In response to this they asked me to fill in a hotel booking in form again whilst they addressed phone calls. I was very frustrated and disappointed with this service. Once we were checked in we were provided with a key card for the room which did not work when we got to the room and eventually had to make our way down to reception to identify what the problem was which was that the card had not been activated. Eventually after over an hour to check in I was then called by the reception to say that they requested my credit card details for the booking. The check in staff came to my room at 12am which was absolutely unbelievable and I was disgusted that I had been approached at this time of night for card details which should have been taken when I checked in. Finally when I came to check out I returned my room card and was disgusted with the fact the checkout staff asked me how I was to pay my room bill. I had pre-booked and had to once again shown my booking details. The embarrassing fact was that they were charging me 76 Euros for the room and I had paid in excess of £100 for the room. I was very angry at this point. I was offered a refund by the hotel for one of the 2 nights stay then they went back on their word and said they would only provide me with an excellent rate for my next stay at the hotel. Please dont use this hotel. Its a very embarrassing excuse for a hotel. Spend more go elsewhere.

Very difficult place to find
The hotel does not live up to its name. The address is hard to find - took us one hour to find with our rented car from the CDG airport. After we checked in, we went to Paris to see my relative and have dinner, and getting back to the Hotel was impossible; my GPS took us to the address the front desk gave us. That location was 30 Km away! Mind you I am fluent in French! The rugs are dirty and worn, the bed, hard, the WC small, the TV old and then on the morning, the hotel tried to charge me for the night, though I had already prepaid.

Excellent overnight stopover for Paris CDG airport.
Excellent service - quality rooms - highest standard. Good food. Top staff. Only criticism was noisy 'pub' bar, more like found on the high street than a quality hotel such as this. Must point out that noise did not encroach on rooms, just spoilt what would have been a nice quiet meal before early retirement for morning flight.
