Stay somewhere else
The bed was uncomfortable, the wifi only worked in some locations in the lobby. The hotel computers were not working. Tired hotel.

Standard with breakfast buffet ripoff
Standard Airport Hotel. Breakfast buffet with very limited offerings,instant coffee,stale bread and very little fruit variety at the abusive price of 20Euro per person plus tax

Once we arrived at the hotel it was very nice. The bad part was getting there. Nothing was really labeled on how to get the shuttle. It may be helpful in the future to print instructions right on confirmation. Funny that in the room they only provided two pillows. Maybe we are just used to two pillows for each person that hotels in US provide.

Shuttles are full and not very
Shuttles are full and not very ponctual. The staff is not very helpful (too many people to deal with).

Nice hotel
Nice, larger room in a modern hotel. Internet was down, as was CNN. Food was average in their 'Pub', which was packed. The main dining was closed. Paris strikes were active, so leaving the hotel was not easy as taxis were busy elsewhere. Only the Black Bus to/from the airport, which was quite crowded.

Was better last year
Change of shuttle not advertised, very confusing, running from one station to the other. Shuttle schedule not posted. Not as clean as last time or should be. I'll try one more time but if still find problems will never us again.

this hotel is no longer a 4 star
this hotel is no longer a 4 star establishment. The only good feature I can come up with is that it was close to the airport. One big issue was that no one at Charles de Gaulle knew where the shuttle bus went from. We were sent to one terminal, when in fact it was at another. Having just come off a 24 hr flight, we were then stung by the cabbies to the tune of 30 Euros for a 5 minute trip. Overall, not recomended.
