I transfered a flight through Paris, so I had to stay for a night and the hotel was a great value because it has a shuttle from and to the airport, a very nice restaurant and everything is clean.

Overpriced for the ordinary hotel that it is. I had booked a smoker's room, but no ashtray. I required an electrical extension lead for a medical device (CPAP machine for Sleep Apnoea) but they were not able to provide one, thankfully the bed was on wheels and I was able to shift it 1.5 metres closer to the power point, which limited walking around the bed.

Very nice staff but horrible and expensive food in the restaurant. Very handy if you need a hotel for a few hours near CDG airport. Do not book if your intention is to visit Paris.

Our one-night stay was ruined by nearby guests who seemed to be holding some kind of party until after 2am.

This is the best airport hotel I ever stayed in. It is very clean, has a free shuttle to CDG & CDG TGV and the buffet breakfast was included in our room price. I think it compares favorably with IBIS hotels that we have stayed in all over Europe. The room is a little bigger here and it is otherwise very similar to IBIS. THe price is also much better than IBIS. I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends who need to stay near CDG

Having stayed there twice before this year with no complaints, I was very disappointed to find my booking was not as it should be on arrival. I had reserved a family room for myself and 2 small children (under 10)to find it had been completely been ignored and I had to make do with a double. This was ok but rather squashed - good job my kids aren't a bit older as I would've been on the floor. I also decided to try the free bus from CDG arrivals rather than a reluctant taxi, to be told there isn't one that picks up there for the Campanille Roissy. Next time I shall be canvassing the reluctant taxis. It is a shame as the bus service back to the airport is very good!! Also, the free wi-fi iseems to be no longer available in the rooms.

Needed to find a cheap good hotel at CDG airport after long flights before picking up a hire car to drive to Brittany. This hotel was PERFECT. Very close to airport with sound proof double windows, recently renovated and great food at reasonable prices at their cafe. The free breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Will go back many times and highly recommend it.

The hotel was in bad repair, tho to their credit, they were redoing the dining facility. What foods were available were fair, tho not much choice. The room might have been acceptable to my dogs, but certainly not to us. We had pre-booked for two nights. Because of late arrival, we stayed one and left the next morning. Room size was as expected for Europe, but dirty and messy. Bathroom in bad repair. We were only too happy to leave.

The reception lady was rude and not friendly at all. Really as hospitality personnel, they shoudl have a smile on the face and willing to help out.

Large American-style hotel rooms, with air conditioning and (wonder of wonders) in-room coffee. Comfortable bed. Very, very, very noisy––and not from the airplanes flying overhead nonstop, which you'd expect, but from every other room in the vicinity, and the hallway, and the elevators. The walls of this hotel must be less soundproof than those of any other place I've stayed. The shuttle service is a bit imperfect, though perhaps they're still working out the kinks. 20-minute wait plus 20-minute ride to a dropoff point another 15 minutes from my terminal made me very, very late for my plane, so if you stay here add an extra hour for arriving at CDG, even though the hotel itself is physically very close. To be fair about the staff, they may just have thought I was odd. But I was smirked at a great deal. This was the third Paris hotel I stayed at in this trip, and the only one where I felt boorish and unwelcome.
