Top interior designer Jacques Garcia has completely transformed this hotel into a theatrical setting that surrounds you in baroque luxury. Sofas with lion paws and oriental charms sit contentedly beside velvety wall hangings. There is a touch of Jean Cocteau here too- in the bras-chandelier appearing out of a wall. There are two other major reasons why you should stop here- the region is one of the most beautiful parts of France and the recipes conceived by Michel Trama- such as his potato papillote or lobster lasagna- make it a highly recommended place to dine.
