Pour le service, nous avons été
Pour le service, nous avons été assez déçu pour un restaurant de ce standing. Je m'explique. Dans chaque chambre, ils ont des radios réveils. pour éviter qu'ils soient volés, ils ont dénudé les fils et les ont attaché derrière la prise de courant. Le problème de cette pratique est le fait que le réveil reste branché et que si on ne fait pas attention, on peut être réveillé à 6h du mat' avec un bruit des plus épouvantables! C'est ce qui nous est arrivé, mais à minuit... Puis à 9h, c'est le personnel de chambre qui nous a réveillé en frappant malgré la pancarte accrochée à la porte... Pour le restaurant, plus d'1/2 h d'attente avant d'avoir la carte, et idem entre la fin du plat et le dessert... un peu long alors qu'il n'y avait pas énormément de clients...

Le service au restaurant n'est
Le service au restaurant n'est en adéquation ni avec la classification de cet établissement (entrée chaude servie pendant l'apéritif et devant être retournée pour réchauffage, service initial du vin devant être réclamé plusieurs fois, impossibilité de manger en extérieur alors que le cadre y invite...)

trés déçue cette fois par cet
trés déçue cette fois par cet hotel dans le bugalow, pas propre. nous l'avons signalé à la reception, de ce fait il nous ont offert le petit dej d'habitude les chambres dans l'hotel sont trés bien par contre au restau, personnel gentil, mais service trés perturbé!! et il nous ont servi du sel de céléri de 2007!!
