Cozy accommodation near the Latin Quarter and Luxembourg Gardens

Great location for fantastic price!
While this was my very shortest stay in Paris of many returning times, this was the best Hotel experience I have ever had in this city.I would like to commend the approachable and curteous staff of both hotels on rue de Montparnasse. I will definately be rebooking a stay in the near future at the same location.[...]

Somewhat Pleased in Paris
Overall the stay was not too bad but the room was EXTREMELY small for a "standard room" and the cleanliness was not the best. We were expecting more from the pictures and description. Nicely located near a shopping mall and metro stations with some nice surrounding restaurants as well. I would not chose this hotel again in the future.

The room we had was tiny, but
The room we had was tiny, but normal in Paris. The lift and shower were among the smallest I have seen - made for many laughs - and at least they had them. Location is good if you want to be near Montparnasse station just around the corner. Lots of great creperies in the street to choose from. An average Paris hotel - I would stay again if the price were right.

Can walk into the city if fit
Can walk into the city if fit and not already leg sore. Train station less then 5 minutes walk. The Montpanasse area great to explore. Nearby parking station one of the best priced. A bit of a challenge finding the first time when coming off freeway despite good instructions.

Varauksessa Unic renoir, kadun toisella puolen renoir saint germain, jossa meidän majoitus. esittelykuvat näkyivät olevan tuosta Unic renoirista, joka olikin paljon fiksummassa kunnossa. Sijainti hyvä ja lentokenttäkuljetukset pelasivat.

Fullständigt charmlöst hotell
Hotellet har ett bra läge i Montparnasse med närhet till Metrostationerna Vavin och Montparnasse. Livligt område. Rent och städat. Men fult. Hotellet består av två hus på samma gata. Vi kände inte igen vårt hus från fotona på nätet. Vårt rum var fullständigt charmlöst med fula plastmöbler och heltäckningsmatta och trist utsikt på en grå innergård. Frukosten ska ätas i källaren utan fönster. Bättre att ta frukost på café. Precis som andra har skrivit så försöker personalen ta betalt för WiFi fast det ska ingå.

Perfekt beliggenhed ringe hotel
Dette hotel har en perfekt beliggenhed for en storbys ferie,men hvis man har forventninger om bare en smule komfort og service så er det ikke dette hotel man skal vælge.Serveringen af morgenmad var de 4 første dage en stor parodi aldrig har vi fået så dårlig service og morgenmad.Vi har været på 5 storbys ferier og dette hotel var uden sammenligning det dårligst vi har boet på.

Det er et besøg værd at gå op i den 56 etagers høje kontorbygning på Montparnass ligger lige ved stationen på Montparnasse.

- Die Zimmer sind viel kleiner als in der Beschreibung beschrieben; unser Zimmer war mir fast zu klein! - Fliesen im Bad waren kaputt, schmutzige "Überdecke", Fernseher funktionierte nicht Fazit: Wenn man nur zum Schlafen im Hotel ist, dann ist es ganz okay (Wir verliessen das Hotel um 8 Uhr morgens und kamen am Abend zwischen 22 und 23 Uhr zum Hotel zurück) Sehr zentrale und gute Lage! Trotzdem, dieses Hotel würde ich nicht mehr buchen.

Für eine Nacht
Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super, nur 2-3 minuten von der Metrostation entfernt und der jardin du luxembourg ist auch nicht weit weg. Das Checkin war etwas merkwürdig da wir durch die Putzfrau eingecheckt wurden und diese einfach nur sagte "premiere etage, nr 12". Das Zimmer an sich war mit 2 fernsehern, 2 badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, 2 Doppelbetten und kleineren möbel eingerichtet. Die Zimmer waren relativ eng und die möbel nicht gerade aus bester qualität. Zu unserem bedauern war das Bad und die Bettbezüge nicht ganz sauber. Ausserdem befindet sich das Hotel im Umbau. Sie fangen gegen 08:45 mit den Bauarbeiten an. Ich denke für eine Nacht war es ok, länger wäre ich aber kaum geblieben.
