Timhotel Montparnasse

Pros: Good location (close to metro) and breakfast buffe was included Cons: (1) we had to ask for some of the services listed on the website (for example, hair drier was not in the room so we had to ask for it and to keep it while we were staying and the staff showed dislike) (2) broken tub, bathroom sink, shower head and faucet in the bathroom (3) no clock in the room (4) there were 2 staffs and one was really nice and the other one was very rude/unkind/mean (when I asked for tea/instant coffee that the maid didn't replace, he throwed stuff at me and yelled). Also, called 3 times for someone to come and fix the TV (every time I called, he said he would come and fix it in 5 or 10 min). (5) Maid came in the room with her key while we were still sleeping (3 different days).

we got into Paris very late only to find that they could not find our reservation at the front desk. The manager was very polite and allowed me to print up my intinerary again so he can see it and when I showed it to him he know right away that [...]had not sent them the information on us on time. He still gave us our room even though we were not in his computer. Our room was very roomy and nice. It had a cute little balcony. Breakfast was very delicious and the staff there was superb. My stay could have been ruined due to miscommunication but instead the staff fixed it. I would definitly come back to them again.

The room was quite small but good if you're in Paris for a brief stay and need to be close to the station. The staff was quite friendly and very helpful.

Unbeatable location along with price. Friendly helpful staff. Complementary wireless Internet access was fantastic. Not air conditioned--just need to watch out for this if booking at height of summer.

Our visit was for tourist holiday site seeing. The hotel is very convenient to rail connections. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast acceptable. We thought the hotel a great value and will stay there again.

This hotel is great for businesss and research. Just one minute walk from the metro and RER stations of Montparnass Bien Venue. Wireless internet connection is free and perfect, which is very rare in hotels in Paris. Breakfast is free and very good. No hair drier, no hair conditioner (body soap was there), which is the only thing I lacked.

quelques améliorations seraient souhaitables: un sèche cheveux par exemple à ajouter . Le bouilloire électrique branchée a provoqué une coupure de courant! Chambre sur la rue assez bruyante . On aimerait un écriteau précisant où et comment parvenir à la salle des petits déjeuners .

Super Lage. Das Hotel liegt zentral im Bereich Montparnasse. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man ist mitten im Leben. Das Hotel hat zwei Sterne, also einfacher bis mittelguter Komfort. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, Bett sehr gut, TV prima, Bad, groß, aber die Ablage zwischen Spiegel und Waschbecken fehlte, es ragten zwei Dübel in die Luft. Brauseanlage in der Badewanne/Dusche war locker, aber sie funktionierte. Insgesamt für eine Städtereise nach Paris empfehlenswert.

Bon hôtel pour le prix, mais les chambres donnant sur l'avenue sont très bruyantes, et il est un peu pénible d'avoir à sortir dans la rue et à faire 50 mètres pour aller dans la salle du petit déjeuner, surtout quand il gèle et neige comme c'était le cas pendant mon séjour
