A first class hotel offering Room Service *limited*, Private Parking and dry cleaning/laundry service. A meeting room is also available for small seminars. All guest rooms have D/D Phone, Cable Tv, Safety Box, mini-bar and air-conditioning. Guests will enjoy the ambience of the bar and the freshness of the Winter Garden. A doctor on call is at the hotel, as well as complimentary newspaper at the front desk.

The manager and staff were excellent,

The manager and staff were excellent, very pleasing and helpfull. The location is great and the rooms are good for Paris. The bathroom was very small, (but may be different in other rooms.) Very clean. Lovely hotel and will stay again. Well done staff.

Pleasant, charming and nicely kept

I was traveling on business and chose this hotel because it was a 10-minute walk to my destination. It was even closer to Notre Dame Cathedral and the St. Germain shopping/dining area. This room was perfect for my purposes - I didn't spend a lot of time in it because I was either sightseeing or attending my business functions. It was comfortable for one person. If my wife had been with me, it would have felt a bit cramped after a few days. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. I had a beautiful view of Rue des Ecoles from the (narrow) balcony. One other item of note: I was amazed at how tiny the elevator was - I had to turn my suitcase sideways to fit in. There would not have been room for a second person. But that was apparently the case at the other area hotels my business compatriots stayed in, also.

The foyer and ambience in this

The foyer and ambience in this hotel are lovely. It reflects the wonderful Cluny Museum which is just up the road. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room nicely appointed and clean. The RER to both Paris airports goes direct from the nearby Cluny-Sorbonne metro which is a real bonus.

We've stayed in the hotel in 2009.

We've stayed in the hotel in 2009. Location is very good, close to all historical places, undergroud station is just nearby. The room is not big, but reasonable for Paris. Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. As minuses would mention very small elevator, could hardly fit my luggage in. Wifi access only at first two floors.
