Suite Novotel porte dela Chapelle
My daughter and myself were here in Paris for a short vacation. The hotel itself and the accomodation is fine, but the location is awful, it's in the ghetto section of Paris. The staff who we tried to book a cab ride to the airport didn't bother arranging the ride for us. We spoke with him the night before and he said it's all arranged only to find out the morning of our departure that he didn't make the arrangement. The smell of the hotel is musty old and greasy in the hallway. The room itself is fine and considerably comfortable though. Going back to the hotel at night after a day out is is scary.
