tres adorable!
had a great 4 night stay here...immaculate and centrally located. the rooms are not large but not too bad for France...and the bathroom is a nice size. The beds were comfy and the street noise was ok. Close to best shopping and you can walk to St Germain and to the Eiffel Tower no problem. We walked everywhere including Scare Couer/Montmarte which was a hike but a great time! Bon Chance!

Pretty good hotel for the price
This is a perfect location if you want to be right in the middle of all the sights. That being said; I thought it was too crowded with tourists and souvenir shops. The staff was very hit or miss, and while the room was nice and comfortable the bathroom was just bad. The shower was so small that I would accidentally turn the water off with my elbow while I was washing my hair.

Great Location That Needs Work
We were pleased with the staff, who allowed us to check-in early and the rooms were ready. We anticipated a wonderful experience as the lobby of the hotel and the veiw into the interior courtyard was very nice. However, the rooms were less than average. It appeared that the wing of the hotel we stayed in was under renovation. The smell of paint in the hallways was very strong and the hallway had a plastic sheet seperating the areas. The rooms were very tired and worn out. The carpeting in the rooms was stained and was actually rolling up through-out the rooms. The door would actually stick to the floor beacuse of the rolls in the carpeting. Everything was just old and worn out. I would have a hard time staying here again or even recommending the hotel unless it would be to stay in the renovated part of the hotel. The location was great, right across the street from the Metro and very close to the Louvre. There is an area about two blocks behind the hotel that has several restaurant selections.

You get less than you pay for
First impression OK. Lobby nice enough. As we went down the long hallway to the elevator, a large mouse ran in front of us on its way to the restaurant kitchen. The elevator doors opened on our floor to reveal a worn and very dirty hall carpet. We entered our room to find a low ceiling, cramped bedroom, beds that appeared to be army cots, run-down bath. ROOM DID NOT VAGUELY RESEMBLE THE PHOTO ONLINE!! Did I mention the urine smell throughout the room? That was a nice touch. The room was right next to the Louvre, so I guess that was a clue - it was simply too inexpensive for its location. We moved to the Westminster for more money, but worth every cent.

Tourist-Friendly Location
Located beside across the street from Tuileries gardens and a 2 min walk from the Louve and 5 min walk from the Orsay museum. Central to most all tourist destinations and with lots of high-end shopping and touristy cafes/restaurants. Professional staff and very spacious rooms/baths. Rooms somewhat aging, but clean. Complementary air conditioning and wireless internet. Good value if on business or if you require some extra leg room compared to other smaller French hotels.

Fantastic Vacation!
My daughter and I stayed 7 nights on our first trip to Paris and loved the location! It was fun to be right across from the Tuileries Garden where every night is literally a carnival! Having the Metro across from the hotel was wonderful and we loved being close to the Louvre and many shops and restaurants. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful! We enjoyed our suite which had 2 beds upstairs!
