The Raphael hotel is ideally located at a stone's throw from the Champs-Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. It is indeed a peaceful heaven on avenue Kleber. Featuring 83 guestrooms and offers its clientele high quality amenities equipped with meeting rooms, "La Salle a Manager" restaurant, "The English Bar", fitness and business center and a large terrace on the top floor with a unique view. The Raphael is a paragon of French style luxury, with large spacious rooms and beautiful suites (8 suites:Duplex, Tour Eiffel, Prestige, Presidential, Penthouse, Raphael and state suite), uniquely decorated bathrooms with hand painted tiles exclusively made for the Raphael.
Amenities - Dry cleaning, Lobby, Parking Facilities - at cost, Reception, Smoke Free Hotel.
From November 1st 2011 a new governmental Hotel Tax is compulsory. Consequently any room sold from 200 per night will be subject to a 2% Hotel Tax on your invoice.

overall very nice hotel in a great neighborhood with perfect access to the metro. some areas tended to be a bit shabby for how expensive the hotel is. hotel bar way too expensive.
