Radisson Blu Hotel, Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport

We stayed one night before our plane left the next morning after staying in a hostel during our backpacking trip around Europe. We were given our room and immediately asked for another which wasn't much better than the first. In the bathrooms numerous tiles were cracked, grout missing, tiles out of place or severely damaged, and the countertops were stained & dirty. For the room, there was noticeable dirt build up in the corners of the walls, numerous baseboards damaged or missing entirely, carpet had multiple stains and the walls had numerous marks & scuffs. In the pool area there was thick layer of dirt/grime build up around where the water met the tile, the ceiling was peeling severely above the spa area, numerous light bulbs were out, and numerous tiles were damaged/missing. When you're paying a significant amount per night you expect much more. We stayed in hostels that were much better kept and payed nearly half the price! The only good thing about this hotel was the hamburgers and beer from the bar in the main lobby, however the price was a little outrageous.

The hotel was good. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The dinner at the restaurant was excellent and not that expensive.

This was my first experience of booking a hotel in the CDG airport when I had usiness meetings in downtown Paris. Since the hotel shuttle to the airport runs in very regular hours, it was quite a very efficient way to do it, provided the 1 hours + transfer from the hotel to to Paris by train (RER) is counted. The only "misadventure" was that the RER B line stop deservinf Charles De Gaules Airport after 22h00 or so. So it bacame difficult to come back to the hotel after a late dinner. I think the hotel should inform customers about the RER time schedule from Paris to CDG. Other than that the hotel was a very peaceful and nice place to stay. The price offered was really good compared to any hotel of the same category in dowtown Paris. the personal were very friendly. The room is quite, clean and offers all modern amneties. I would recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends.

Generally I was happy with the stay and most of the staff was excellent. The room was good and the bed comfortable. The old man shuttle driver was not helpful and very nearly rude. One elevator had a musty smell.

Paris airport has very bad info and signes. It took us hour and 15 min to get to hotel, hour to find shuttle stop.

Although a bit further from departure terminal than most, the hotel was easily found with GPS; Lobby modern and spacious, good sitting areas, access to restaurant and elevators; Front desk staff friendly and efficient; room large and clean; king bed very comfortable; restaurant dinner quite good as was service; very good experience.

STAYED WHILST TRAVELING THROUGH CDG AIRPORT. FOOD GOOD GREAT COMFORT AND SHUTTLE BUS TO CDG.

Hotel was needing a facelift. Arrived in our room and there was no bed! Resturant staff were indifferent at best. Worse Radisson I have ever staid in. The room was very quiet considering how close we were to the airport

The shuttle service was regular and very efficient, the drivers pleasant and helpful. The hotel room was enormous, immaculately clean, beautiful bathroom with even a bathrobe, bed very large and comfy, TV, sitting area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend it!

This hotel has design and maintenance flaws -- and at a high price. The HVAC system is weak, even after we called for a fix. The internet service was terrible, so having it free wasn't any benefit. The bathroom sink didn't drain appropriately. The shower had a glass partition but it only covered about half way from the shower head -- thus no way to avoid water on the floor. Glad I only had to stay one night.
