First Trip to Paris!
The hotel is very nice and very convenient. The room was clean upon arrival but the staff was not very good about cleaning the rooms every day. Sometimes they would only come and clean once every 3 days. Since there is an extra small fee per person for services, the cleaning of the rooms should be done every day. Other than that our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel in a new area...A little far.
Hotel was nice and modern. The room, bathroom, front desk and housekeeping were great. The only two issues that I had were that the hotel shares the address with a Quality Inn down the street since it is so new and that it is a little out of the way from the main tourist areas. It is a few blocks from the Bibliotheque Francois Mitterand metro stop.

The good - decent location relative
The good - decent location relative to the RER C, though not much else. The bad - noise from the RER C, non-working fridge, minimal dishes in the kitchenette and very small... not even daily coffee supplied. Not sure how this is a four star hotel...

Excellent new hotel in Paris
I had a very good reception at the hotel. I was able to access internet in the hotel lobby for free. There was a breakfast buffet available for a fee. The buffet was very good. The hotel is located near a metro station for line 14, which a rapid metro lane in Paris. The room was nice and clean. All together I was very happy with this hotel and I plan to use it again.

The hotel has two kind of rooms.
The hotel has two kind of rooms. Try to get the one with the bed and not the sofa-bed because it's really small!!! The hotel is modern and i like it.

+ schoon + huiselijk, nespresso, koelkast, magnetron, fornuis, afwasmachine, stofzuiger? + gratis internet (geen Wifi in de kamer) + fragonard zeep is erg lekker - geen slippers (is wel nodig, want de tegels zij erg koud) - airco bediening is gebaseerd op + en - ...niet op temperatuur. - Bed is erg zacht Omgeving: + Supermarkt op loopafstand (geopend tot 22:00) + Metro is op loopafstand - nog steeds aan het verbouwen buiten, maar weinig last van gehad.

10 min vanaf het hotel lekker en goed aziatisch eten. Japans, Chinees, Vietnamees, Thais, Laos. Kruising Rue Tolbiac/Choisy. De Pho (rijstnoedelsoep met plakjes rundvlees) van "Pho Banh Cuon 14" is ERG GOED!!! Adres is 129 ave de Choisy. (Metro halte Tolbiac)
