Murano Resort Paris

This is a contemporary hotel in a good location, right near the metro. Unfortunately breakfast service badly lets down the rest of the hotel. There was no food on one occasion at gone start of breakfast, and it took over half hour for them to bring out basic items. Ask for a coffee, and you get just that, no milk, no teaspoon, no sugar, if you want those you have to ask for each thing. There was no milk on Sunday morning, when asked the waiter just said 'there is none'. There was no attempt for him to sort it out. A fellow guest went out to the local brasserie and brought some back. The rooms are clean, only complaint was that they were very hot, with no controls to regulate temperature. Hotel could easily offer a much better experience, main problem is lack of attention to detail, and breakfast service. Did not take other meals at hotel.

I wish I'd headed the warnings of the other reviewers. This place is not worth the money. It's a nice hotel that lacks from proper maintenance. The room was comfortable. The corridors are so dark you can't even get your key into the lock. There are many cool places to stay in Paris, not here.

The service is Excellent, a 5 stars hotel would envy it. The staff is very helpful and willing to serve, definitively is the best the hotel has, their very nice staff. We didn't like the looks of the hotel, it sure does looks like a red bulb payed-by-the-hour cheap hotel...but it isn't, not a nice window, the TV doesn't work well, you feel the room dirty (it is not, though) It is VERY expensive for the kind of hotel it is. NOT A FAMILY HOTEL, AT ALL.

This hotel is in terrible condition. The carpet was once white shag and had stains all over it. The room is tiny and the bathroom is just plain odd. The restuarant and lounge are CRAZY expensive and draws some odd crowds. The hotel hallways are light by purple or black lights (I really couldn't tell). I was very dissapointed in the condition of the hotel and the rating as listing on [...]. The price was high and that was about it.

Arrivé à la réception à 14h40, j'obtiens mes clés à 18h10 !!! Les clés (!) des chambres étaient à deux endroits différents, à la réception et chez les agents de service... Le personnel d'accueil effectue derrière le bureau des photocopies des pièces d'identité et de la CB de chaque client... Il y avait 10 personnes devant moi, cela a pris 30mn... Dans les couloirs de l’hôtel, très design, on ne voit rien, pour ouvrir ma porte j'ai du utiliser mon portable en lampe de poche afin de trouver la serrure... La déco est kitsch au possible et de mauvais goût... Avec une mention spéciale pour l'ascenseur aux murs recouverts de tissus avec du strass... Un fauteuil endommagé dans la chambre avec un gros trou dans le tissu... Une cafetière dans la chambre ; mais le dosette de café facturée 6€... Bref très cher pour une qualité de service très en deçà de ce qu'on est droit d'attendre pour un tel prix (de 350€ à 650€ la chambre...)

Traumhaft im Marais gelegen, ideal für alle, die das echte Paris entdecken möchten...Plus: Garagenservice, sehr komfortable Betten, Personal sehr hilfsbereit; Zimmer zum Hof absolut ruhig! Manko: das Frühstück sollte man lieber meiden, zu teuer, zu mager....

plus rien ne marche dans cet hotel, le personnel est agreable mais incompetent, malgré les remarques sur ce qui ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre, rien n'est fait. odeur nauseabonde dans le lobby, je ne suis pas pres d'y retourner
