Paris Nord
Clean and simple. Staff were fast but paying for internet in this day and age is still OTT. Great location for all the trains and metro and just 30ish minutes from CDG.

Hotel in the hart of Paris
Good hotel, rooms (especially the bathroom) is a bit old. Nice classic hotel in a perfect location, just in the center of Paris opposite to Gare du Nord. Not a 4 star hotel but value is good.

Okay hotel but not a good area
The hotel was adequate. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was fine. There were no face cloths available - something I found at other hotels in England. Weird. The location directlya cross street from Gare du Nord made the train easily accessible, but the neighborhood was really seedy. Didn't feel comfortable walking around after dark. Only restaurants close by were tourist traps.

The first room we were given had
The first room we were given had a leaking airconditoner and a strong smell of mould and no mini bar. We were moved to another room where the airconditioner, while it ran, was not effective and the lighting in the room was poor. Fortunately the weather was mild so we did not suffer greatly. The second room had a mini bar but was smaller that the first - very cramped .Both rooms had cracked tiles, chipped baths and cracked wash basins. I would not stay at this hotel again

Nice staff, expensive, AC underpowered,
Large room, pleasant staff, but the room was warm because the AC just didn't work well. Fairly expensive but that may be the going rate these days.

For travellers from London, the
For travellers from London, the hotel is ideally situated opposite the Gare du Nord with easy Metro connections throughout Paris. Our room on the top floor had a balcony with views of the Sacre Coeur and Montmartre and was quiet, spacious, well equipped and clean, although the bathroom was beginning to look a bit tired. The large breakfast room had a good buffet providing hot and cold food, including bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, various breads and croissants, fruit and fruit juices and a variety of hot drinks. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel had secure storage for our baggage after we checked-out in the morning until we returned in the evening to collect it for our journey back to London.

Hotel location is great!! Its infront of Gare Du Nord station. Doesnt need to walk, just cross the street. Lots of restaurants near so it was enjoyable to hopping the restaurant for each meals. Room is small but bathroom is wide and big. Elevator is very small.. but understandable. Its good location if you are planning to travel around specailly planning to go to Brussel, London or Amsterdam from Gare Du Nord, this Hotel is best location to stay.

Special thanks to their young
Special thanks to their young and friendly reception staff. We had top floor room- small but comfortable. Found very easy to feed ourselves with 'value for money' food nearby. Also a supermaket if you followed the road in front of the hotel. Its an excellent location if you plan to take eurostar to leave Paris early.
