MODERN HOTEL

At the end of the day, we got what we paid for. The twin beds were pretty close together; the TV only had one channel that worked and the volume wouldn't turn down; the toilet kept flushing; and, the walls were very thin and we heard all the noises of our neighbours. On the plus side, we were in a good location, although the nicer restaurants were about a 10 min walk away.

the location of the hotel was normal, about 5-10 minutes walk from "Place de Clichy" Metro station, about 15-20 minutes walk to Moulin Rouge. But I have to say that the cleanliness wasn't the best. The bedsheets wasn't changed since the first day we checked in, somewhat the smell of the alley drifts into the room from the alley. But the staff there are helpful and speaks adequate english! there are free wifi in the lobby and breakfast is the normal continental style.

The hotel reception staff were really nice, and well informed and very helpful. As a budget hotel we were very happy with what we paid, because it compared price-wise with a hostel, so facilities for the price were far better than a hostel. Shower door was broken, which meant water leaked on the floor, and made the sink cabinet mouldy, but in a hostel there wouldn't have been a shower in the room, so we didn't complain about that. The only drawback was that on one occasion the hotel cleaner forgot to lock our door after cleaning. Being very security concious this made us a little uneasy. Small things like the lift not working, the TV volume being broken so you couldn't turn it down, didn't bother us. The bed was very comfy, the linen was clean, the room was neat and the staff were really really nice. We would stay there again, if for no other reason than the fabulous personality of the gentleman at the front counter, and the crepes across the road!

C'est un 2 étoiles ancien à Paris, pas un 4 étoiles moderne. Mais l'accueil y est chaleureux, le personnel très sympathique. La chambre petite mais la literie récente et confortable, les bruits de la rue bien filtrés par le double vitrage, le chauffage fort agréable alors qu'il faisait froid dehors ces jours-ci, l'eau chaude de la douche coulait très fort au 5ème étage (plutôt rare !), les serviettes de toilettes changées chaque jour et le ménage parfait ! Très bon rapport qualité/prix sur des points essentiels. Le reste ne sont que des détails. Une bonne semaine dans une chambre propre, bien chauffée, bonne literie et douche propre et chaude. Bon séjour !

Hôtel très bien situé. Prix raisonnable pour une chambre spacieuse et petit déjeuner inclus. Juste la douche un peu étroite.

Des odeurs de remontées d'égoûts dans les sanitaires

pas de chichi dans cet hotel, a 79€ la nuit c'est un hotel correct sur Paris mais à 35 € c'était parfait.

ホテル自体は古く、壁が薄いので、隣等の物音が聞こえるのがすこし気になりましたが内装等は清潔に保たれていました。何より受付の人たちが皆、フレンドリーで温かい。皆人間身のあるひとたちばかりで、この値段で大満足です。本当にこの温かさは、なかなか他のこういったホテルでは感じられないと思います。
