Location and price for this hotel
Location and price for this hotel makes it perfect for a short stay. We drove and considering its location it wasn't too hard to find and the secure parking was really good. The staff were helpful and friendly on the whole, however a couple of receptionists would benefit from some customer service training. The biggest shocker was the rotting food we found under the bed when we packed to leave; amazing considering that it was 'cleaned' every day. Every thing else seemed clean enough

Best place for the price
This is hotel was perfect for us. The subway station is only down the street which was very convenient. There was local restaurants all around us and were price very reasonable. There was also 2 nearby groceries should you decide to pack some lunch for your long trips. The included breakfast was a plus, the food was OK considering all the hot dishes were microwaved. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel for those of you who have a small budget. Its clean, friendly staff, local market, restaurants and bread stores in the surroundings but most importantly, subway stations are very close.

A good location as the suburb
A good location as the suburb gives you a nice taste of Parisian life. There are plenty of bars, cafes, and patisseries in Montparnasse. It's also right next to a Metro station (Pernety). Rooms are small but clean, and buffet breakfast is excellent. Most of the staff are very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Paris. Tour Montparnasse nearby is worth a visit as it gives you a great view of all the city sites.

Our room was small, as usual in Paris, but with new furniture, television, carpeting and new bathroom. The bed was particularly comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered both hot and cold dishes and was excellent. Regrettably, we were there for only one night, but will be there again as soon as possible.

Good deal
Good deal for the money. Close to metro. Great bakery right outside. Elevator was broken the entire time we were there. We were on the 3rd floor - quite a workout!

Nicht empfehlenswert. Wurden beklaut...
Aus unserem Zimmer wurde Bargeld und ein iPad gestohlen. Im Hotel gibt es weder an der Reception noch in den Zimmern einen Safe. Wir haben den Verlust sofort gemeldet aber unternommen wurde nichts. Im Gegenteil, das Management hat uns vorgeworfen, die Zimmertüre nicht ordnungsgemäss geschlossen zu haben. Sie hätten im Computer keine Zutrittsaktivität während unserer Abwesenheit festgestellt. Was man im Computer nicht alles ändern resp. löschen kann. Ich arbeite in der IT.

Bon accueil. Personnel sympa,
Bon accueil. Personnel sympa, agréable. Buffet au petit déjeuner très correct. Wifi dans la chambre. Bon emplacement puisqu'à 10mins à pieds de la tour Montparnasse. Beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants à proximité. Seul bémol, l'insonorisation des chambres entre elles.
