This 2-star hotel, considered a superior tourist-class property, is an excellent product in a very good location, and suitable for all markets, be they groups or individuals. (0508/IU) This is a modern and white, 7-storey building, with large, glazed windows on the ground floor. The hotel is located in a very quiet and pleasant area, in the heart of the new Bercy district, where guests can find attractive restaurants and shops. The nearest tube station, Cour St Emillion (line 14), leads directly to the Gare de Lyon and Saint Lazare Railway stations, as well as to the Place de Madeleine, which is close to the famous shopping centers, such as Galery Lafayette and Printemps, and the Opera Garnier.

The rooms vary in size, from small to large. Bedrooms, as well as bathrooms, are in very good condition. Rooms are decorated in pastel colours, with pale wood furniture. The air-conditioning system was installed in Spring 2008.

This hotel is a little tired and dated, but is ok value for money. It is a few kms. out of central Paris, but is close to a metro station and easy to get into Paris central.

Hotel sans mauvaise surprise,

Hotel sans mauvaise surprise, les chambres réservées étaient comformes à nos attentes, la salle de bains étant juste un peu petite, mais propre. Le personnel est "bon sens commercial" et poli juste comme il faut. Le petit déjeuner est à votre choix, chaud, froid, rempli régulièrement, la salle est agréable, et on ne vous regarde pas manger du coin de l'oeil... Je recommanderais sans problème, j'y séjournerai peut être encore, et , pour laisser un petit bemol, je trouve le prix un petit peu trop élevé. La situation est excellente, à 5 min à pied de la station ST-Emillion, et 10 de la staion Bercy et du POPB.

La salle de bain est aménagée

La salle de bain est aménagée de façon très moyenne par rapport à la qualité de la chambre.Excellent petit déjeuné.Sinon pour le reste rien à redire.

Chambre (628) un peu petite pour deux personnes, sinon tout était bien: accueil, propreté, petit déjeuner avc buffet copieux et une charmante attention, les bonbons sur l'oreiller...

Renovated rooms are really good

Renovated rooms are really good even they are small but that's the standard in Paris. People at desk are very helpfull and they are focusing on customer's satisfaction. Older room are not so bad but all rooms should be renewed soon.

Bien situé sur la ligne 14, accés

Bien situé sur la ligne 14, accés rapide au RER A. Prix un peu excessifs mais hotel calme et bien adapté aux deplacements professionnels.
