The rooms are normally charged ~150 euros, but were only 85 euros through XXXXXXX, which was a good deal for a 3 star hotel in Paris. The room was more spacious than usually in Paris. I had at first a room on the street side, and asked to be moved to one court-side, so I could sleep with the window open because of the heat, and there was no problem. And very important, I had a small balcony with a chair in that room!

The room was small and the bathroom even smaller!! I am average weight for my height and would have found it difficult to get into the shower if I was any bigger.

The staff member who received
The staff member who received us on Sunday did not really know much about the hotel or its facilities (like wireless internet) but on other days the owner (?) was behind the reception-desk and this person was much better informed. Rooms are quite small but suitable. Very good breakfast. Nice little garden! Good location for access to Metro.

Misrepresentative
Hotel was more in line with a 1 or 2 star, not a 3 star. It was old and run down, and nowhere near the location where it described itself to be--near the Champs-Elyssee.

Small room, but suitable for us,only spent nights at the hotel. Metro station Gaite quite near which made it easy to travel around Paris. Silent neighbourhood, no much traffic. If you leave the balcony door ajar, the sounds of birds and an eagle owl will wake you in the morning. Small store very near, easy to buy bread and wine.

Comme la plupart des chambres
Comme la plupart des chambres d'hôtels parisiens de cette catégorie, celles de cet hôtel ne font pas exception. Mais ma chambre en facade a un petit balcon sympathique qui peut rassurer les claustrophobes! La situation géographique proche de Montparnasse est très agréable : shopping, théatres, cinémas, restaurants sont à un jet de pierre. Petit bémol : le coût élevé du petit déjeuner (12.50€).

La porte de la chambre était une
La porte de la chambre était une porte de salle de bain (transparente!!): les personnes qui passaient dans le couloir pouvaient voir à l'intérieur de la chambre... Il semble que c'était la seule chambre ainsi. Pas de chance ! Sinon, service bon et emplacement bon.
