Built in the 30's, and regularly renovated and redecorated. The Hotel de Castiglione combines all the charms of a traditional service with the elegance of a 4 star hotel. There is a 3% supplement charge on the total amount of the invoice for payments made by a card American Express

Rude Staff

They first took us to a smoking room, we had requested non as my daughter has asthma. This room was filthy, dirty walls and stained carpet, also a large piece of the ceiling looked to be peeling away. The front desk woman was rude & said to bad. After much back and forth, she "found" a non smoking and they moved us. This room was newly remodeled, updated bathroom, cleanly painted walls. Felt as if we were given the old room because of the deal we had got on Orbitz. We were repeatedly scolded by this same woman when we came and went from the hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Lots of high end shopping nearby. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER.
