hotel located on narrow street with construction across from hotel room unable to rest after long flight due to noise(jack hammer, etc), hallway was dark and musky, when entering in room noted mole???ceiling,Dirty carpet,h2o in stinky refrig with mole,unannounced staff came in 2 times,sink finish reading below very slow,recep. knocked on the door as we were dressing preparing to leave stating/asking "Did you take a shower? when told yes,she stated that water was leaking down to her desk and asked that we turn the water on while she go check for leaking again. We left and checked out of the room due to conditions within cancellation policy. MAYBE your stay will be nicer BUT our's was not.Lights did'nt all work.

I decided to give this hotel a chance because of its location and price. I did read previous reviews however did not take the warning as serious as I should have. Other Orbitz hotels have been up to par but this one falls very very short. I was nothing but disappointed since I checked in. The first night, my comforter had a large stain on it and my towels had stains on them. Highly concerned, I went to the front desk so speak with the front desk staff. He informed me that there was nothing he could do at the moment except give me new towels and would forward it on to the morning manager. When I woke up, I went downstairs to speak with the front desk staff and she actually was aware of my status. She then proceeded to put me in a different room. Thinking this would be bigger (as she said it would), I was now in a room that is half the size of the other one. The last one had a fan and to my surprise this one did not. I waited for almost 2 hours for a fan after I spoke with someone from the front desk. I also checked out one night early because I was so disgusted with the service and hotel. I honestly do not know how Orbitz advertises this hotel. It is a disgrace that this establishment is in operation. I was also never informed I would have to pay 12 euro for a breakfast.

The location and service were great. Typical European hotel with tons of charm. Very clean. Walk 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower and metro is VERY close.

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and got a good night's rest each night. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very small, but if you aren't looking for something fancy and want to stay within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, this is a good choice.

If you want to walk to Eiffel tower, prepare for 30 minutes of quick march along the busy streets – not a pretty walk! Otherwise, it is a good hotel with very modest breakfast!

hotel staff did not know about our reservation. We were placed in small rooms with a promise to get upgrade later but never happened. But staff was friendly.

j ai séjourné dans la chambre 12, au rez de chaussée, non aérée et non climatisée, il faisait tres chaud donc olbligée d'ouvrir la fenetre qui donne sur l cour de l hotel, on entendait e moindre etitbruit de l'exerieur et on ne pouvait plus faire un geste sans etre entendu de l'exterieur...le lit n'etait pas fini,moquette pas tres propre...le pire c'est que d'apres l'acceuil j'avaisl'une des meilleures!!!

petits déjeuner servis avec des produits (croissants et pains) pas frais lumière salle de bain très insuffisante (seulement sur miroirs)

Un hôtel défraichi très loin de la présentation flatteuse faite par son site internet.

Situato in zona tranquilla,vicino alla ridente Rue du commerce,sembra di essere in un paesino;la fermata metro Avenue Emile Zola è a 2 minuti a piedi e da lì si raggiunge tutto! Per fare colazione c'è una boulangerie appena fuori l'albergo con ottimi dolci e panini (10euro in due).C'è anche un piccolo market aperto pure la sera dove comprare l'acqua per la notte ed un pub tranquillo proprio accanto l'albergo. Le stanze sono piccole e pulite, però d'estate caldissime. Personale cordiale. Colazione cara (15euro a persona). Ottimo per turismo.
