In the lively Montparnasse district, this elegant 2-star hotel has a 24-hour front desk with a tour desk and features a private patio. Plaisance Metro Station is less than half a mile away. Satellite TV and a telephone are standard in each room. Guest rooms feature a traditional Parisian decor and the private bathrooms include a hairdryer. All of the rooms are serviced by an elevator. A buffet breakfast is served every morning in the dining room at hotel Villa Du Maine. After breakfast, guests can use the Wi-Fi access in the lobby.

Looking back I would recommend

Looking back I would recommend this hotel especially to those whose priorities are good price and good location. But I had a very bad experience when checking out: the hotel intended to charge us for the already online paid deposit and for an extra day and it took almost an hour to make things right, so I suggest that you be careful and pay in advance when you check in.

Le prix du petit-déjeuner (10€, qui compense, j'imagine, le prix relativement bas de la chambre) est très exagéré pour ce qui est offert.

Accueil très chaleureux. Personnel agréable. Bien situé dans Paris. Stationnement un peu compliqué, mais en charchant, on trouve.

Viel zu kleines Zimmer für diesen Preis. Außerdem: Unter Boutique Hotel stellt man sich - auch in Paris - etwas anderes vor. Die Wände sind so dünn, dass man aber auch alles hört - und gehört wird. Würde hier eher nicht noch einmal übernachten - ist auch etwas zu weit vom Schuss entfernt.

compte tenu de l'état des chambres,

compte tenu de l'état des chambres, du paiement de la connexion Internet, du prix du petit déjeuner (10 euros pour un mini pain au chocolat, un mini croissant, un pain, ensuite mini buffet et café soluble et un jus d'orange synthétique, plus cher que dans certains groupes hôteliers), je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Chambres très exigues, équipements

Chambres très exigues, équipements et allure générale vétuste (seche-cheveux cassé, lit inconfortable, odeurs d'égouts, bruits...). Seul avantage : la situation de l'hotel (proximité des commerces et du métro), bien que la rue de l'hotel soit assez sombre et étroite...

très décue pour un 2 étoiles.

très décue pour un 2 étoiles. surtout au niveau de la salle de bain. moquette usagée et sale. bref une étoile coorespondrait mieux.
