Needs better housekeeping

I have stayed at several 4 star (and VERY expensive) hotels on my recent honeymoon. I spent 24 days in Europe and this was the most disappointing of the hotels. I found hair on all of the coverlet that were given to me. The coverlet on my bed was covered in someone else hair. I called housekeeping and it was replace by another coverlet that was ALSO covered in hair. The bathroom did not drain water well. Also, the floors of the bathroom had dust underneath the towel rack. For the $500 a night I spent it should have been much better. Don't waste your money here. Rooms are also EXTREMELY small- an open suitcase will not work.
